"Don't mention it." he replied as the smoke began to thicken around him. "Seriously...I'd get in trouble. That said...I'd be careful of little red-heads that are incompatible with fuzing back into each other. I'd be nice to them." With that, the smoke covered the cat completely. And he was gone.

Terry frowned thoughtfully at that as he turned back to the computer. Little red heads who fuzed... That sounded like Rosie. But why wouldn't they be compatible any longer? Had something happened to them? He hated to think it, but maybe he'd been too focused on the Joker...
No. He'd promised to help find the original Rosie, and that's what he would do. Even if he hadn't, he didn't think he had it in him to leave a little girl in the clutches of the Joker, not when he had the slightest chance of helping her.
With that, he went back to sifting through information, hoping to find some hint as to where the Joker had taken his captive.

/// Just giving a reminder that there IS a Reaper duplicate hanging out in the mansion since no one's home. I don't want his posts to get lost in other locations so I've kept his posts here. He'll pop into the cave to spy from the shadows if it gets to noisy or he realizes that there are people in the cave again. Total stealth mode...unless I actually have time to have him interact with others. And if anyone does go into the mansion...he's not being that stealthy if you want to catch him being there. You'll just have to wait on me to respond. ///

Back in full costume once again, Terry regarded the computer screen with narrowed eyes. Unfortunately, he hadn't found anything on the clown that he hadn't known already; more fortunately, he had picked up some worrying thefts. Someone in a top hat? What was that about? Hadn't there been someone in the old man's rogue's gallery who had been really into Alice in Wonderland? "Computer, bring up rogue's gallery files. Cross reference with Lewis Carroll."
Immediately, the computer brought up one Jervis Tetch, AKA 'The Mad Hatter.' Terry's eyes widened steadily as he read. "Mind control?" he said to himself in a kind of half-aware mutter. This just couldn't be a good thing.
Quickly, he skimmed the rest of the file, checked on the creature formerly known as Supergirl, and started for the cave's northernmost exit, still frowning in thought and growing apprehension.

[Enter Nightshade from Surrounding Area of Gotham]
Des carefully walked in the darkness, able to see clearly due to his command over darkforce. Nightshade was still careful, even though he could see as if it was daylight, there could still be boobytraps. Pausing, the veteran crimefighter waited for Robin and Red Cardinal to catch up.

[Enter Robin and Red Cardinal from surrounding area of Gotham to BatCave]
They continued to walk further. At the end of the tunnel Kai spotted the lights of the main computers.
"Someone's here! I didn't leave the computers on when I left."
Kai began running down the entrance hall, in anticipation hoping that it was Bruce or Alfred. That would be good news. Alfred could help her fix up her injury and even better, if Bruce were there he could help them stop the assassins.

Hearing the ungodly screech of metal on stone, followed by excited voices, Terry hurriedly reached down and pressed a button on his belt, activating his suit's camouflage feature. He faded into invisibility instantly, simultaneously pressing himself up against the rough stone of the tunnel in a effort to avoid being found by touch, and started carefully slinking back into the cave on soundless feat. Who the hell...?

Tim followed Nightshade and Kai into the dark cave. He closed the door with the same amount of effort, making a face at the screeching.
"That needs to be oiled."
He noted, mostly to himself as he caught up. Upon realizing that Kai darted ahead, he started after her.
"RC, wait- security systems are down, we don't know who or what we could meet-"
They were near the middle of the largest cavern, and Kai was headed for the stairs.
(Sorry. My wifi is so horrible. Oh, and Maho you left your phone up here.)

Nightshade moved forward after Red Cardinal bolted past him. Something didn't feel right. The hairs on the back of his neck went up. Nightshade melded into the shadows -- becoming part of them. Leaping from shadow to shadow, Des tried to locate the source .... who was now trying to stalk them.

The source of the eerie feeling, whatever it was, didn't seem inclined to be found. Either this hypothetical person wasn't near any shadows, or they were moving around the cave enough to stay one step ahead.
If anyone took enough time to notice, they would realize that security systems were in fact operational; they were just temporarily disabled

Nightshade stayed melded to the shadows. He didn't know if the Batman was here or someone more... malevolent. He couldn't call out to Red Cardinal, or whoever was actually here would know exactly where he was. However, he was ready to protect her in case someone did jump out and attack.

Tim looked up at the computer screens. They held an open file on the Mad Hatter... Kai was right. Someone was definitely looking through the computers... but why the Mad Hatter? Robin started typing, his black cape dropping around his shoulders.
"Wait...hold on, the security... the systems are functional, they're just disabled."
Robin's faced twisted with confusion as he looked around the room.
(Maho and I are temporarily sharing on computer)
"Wait... what's going on... Robin?"
Kai whispered. She looked around. She noticed that Nightshade disappeared into the darkness. Her ability to sense a person's aura had not weakened and she noticed that there was someone else here. His aura red the emotional energy behind it reminded her a lot of Jason todd. She walked back towards Robin who was near the computers.
"I can sense someone else's aura here. It's a lot like Jason's."
She pulled out her last smoke bomb standing next to him. She prepaired for the worst. Why was Jason todd here? Is it because bruce had disappeared. And it made sense to Kai that it could be him, who else could be there with that aura. Jason knew how to work the computers and how to get in this place so why wouldn't it be him.
"I can't tell where he is, but I can feel him."

And then, quite suddenly, someone in a sleek, black and red themed Batman costume was leaning against one of the stone slabs that were generally used in place of cots, his expression unreadable apart from one raised eyebrow. "He's right here," he replied in a very low, very calm voice. "Breathe in, breathe out." Who the hell was Jason? Terry had never heard of him before. And which Robin was this? ... Probably the first one; he looked only a little younger than he was.

Nightshade jumped through a shadow behind Terry his Mauser was already drawn ready to fire. Des' midwestern accent was clearly heard, "I'm guessing you're not the original Batman. You seem too young."
