A flowing white serenity underneath a sakura tree, while nice, it's kind of plain, all white and nothing else to add to it for contrast or to differ the eye doesn't seem to fit to terrible well, or sit very well with me.
However, sometimes cleaner is better and this is very much one of those times. I'm giving this a 9/10
I don't just hand 10's out, they really need to earn it in my books.

While you have that knight theme going on, the one thing that sticks out to me is your hair. It just...doesn't tell me knight. On top of that, it's sticking out of the helmet, which I don't see happening. 8/10

I'm not going to sit and nitpick shades of blue or whatever, that's for the avatar chat forums. The outfit itself is balanced nicely, though I will say the ice blue stands out a bit and I'm not personally fond of it. I think a steel weapon - or I guess one that wasn't made of ice - would flow with the avatar better.
