By the time Gabriel turned back, Shae's facial scar and hair were gone, his hair was suddenly blond, and his teeth were just ever-so-yellow, instead of pearly white. He smirked. "You ready yet?"
((Mwahahaha!))

"Jesus, dude." Gabriel started, "Took you long enough. Now, c'mon, let's get going, keep 'em distracted or block me while I sneak off."

Shae jumped out and immediately began to stroll casually up the street. He was purposely maneuvering away from the cops.

Gabriel was close behind Shae, positioning himself to minimize his exposure to anyone who didn't need to see him. He kept his head down and matched Shae's pace. The first opportunity to dive into an alley he passed up. He did, however, take the second chance and quickly strolled into the shadows of the alleyway. He moved around to the back of the building and looked for a way to scale it.

They found a way up their building, and the cops didn't interfere. In fact, they were moving away from the vehicles.
And then the Scanners light up like Christmas trees.
Red dots, agents, came flooding in from the edge of sensor range.
Verbally and in thought, Hades had a comment on that. "We count at least sixty or seventy agents, and there are at least as many inbound. Get in the vehicle or get in position and prepare for mounted combat." Steven threw his G3 into the passenger's seat and floored his vehicle, charging the veritable wall of agents who were suddenly very visible, dressed in Agentcoats and carrying rifles and submachineguns and... good heavens, everything. A few even had RPGs, which was going to be a problem shortly, presumably.

Shae gasped. "Oh my God," he murmured. This was going to be a party, to say the least. He entered the building and got away from the door as a few of the red dots began to approach. Shae pulled out his trusty PDA and saw a more comforting sight: within the building were about a dozen green dots, the mercenaries of Five Star. Shae made his way towards them. When they met up, they immediately began to set up for a holdout at their location.

Gabriel whistled quietly as he saw the number of dots, "That's a lot of targets!" he said quietly, "This'll be fun!"
He was prone on the rooftop, his rifle ready as he scanned the agents with his scope.
He picked one at random and fired.

Into the eyeball. The agent went down but Gabriel soon found he couldn't stay where he was thanks to the overwhelming wave of bullets that blew massive chunks of wall and metal away from the roof of the building.
The vehicles below were now turning a corner in front of the agents, getting away from the potential blaze of fire that could easily disable the unarmored vehicles.
The crowds unsurprisingly dispersed very quickly.

Cado readied his RPG. "Give me somethin' to blow up and I'm ready, he declared, a belt of grenades on the floor beside him."

Alyx threw open the back doors of the ambulance. This turned out to be a moralizing mistake, since at least twenty agents had broken away and were trying to pursue the ambulance. The APC tried to plow through some of the agents, but only splattered two or three. The APC was opened slightly, too, and gunfire was coming from within.
There were a lot of targets to shoot with the RPG.

Gabriel swore and fired one more shot before he ducked away from the building's edge. He moved down one story to the top floor and positioned himself at a window, peering over the windowsill to check for incoming fire before he exposed himself.

Cado fired into the center of the tightest-packed agents he could see and began to reload, not watching the first rocket's results.

Gabriel's second shot missed, but his repositioned location wasn't dangerous - yet. It would be fast. It occurred to him that the job of snipers was generally to eliminate leaders.
On the other hand, these were agents, and their leader might not even be here.
Hint.
Cado really didn't need to worry about watching it - a good solid ten or twelve agents went down who had been clustered waaaay too close together. The agents didn't make that mistake again.
Unfortunately, for the sake of not being dead, Steven had to pull into another corner and thus cut off the streams of gunfire. Here he stopped.
"They'll come over the top of the building or around the corner, but either way we have the drop on them!" he advised, clambering out and flipping the safety off on his rifle. Alyx did likewise, checking her P90 and getting set up to receive the rush.
((I think next mission will be more espionage. But we needed to do a combat sweep.))

Instead of immediately picking another target, Gabriel scanned with a hand-held spotting scope for anyone who looked like they could be the agent's leader. Might as well use a good spot for a better than good shot.
If he found no one that stuck out, he would scan the buildings and landscape for a likely place where the leader(s) may be.

Suddenly, six grenades, two from each of three windows, burst out from below Gabriel's location, as Shae and his men contributed to the fight.
