Shoxie ran ahead of them and stopped for a second to look back.
"Last one there is a rotten egg!" He said smiling. He then laughed as he ran to the falls.

Shoxie also took off his coat and his pants as he ran, leaving him in his boxers. He laughed as he reached the edge of the falls and jumped up high into the sky and cannonballed into the water. He then surfaced and smiled to the others. "Come on in! The water's great!" He told then as he started swimming on his back teasingly.

Shiki sat down at the base of a tree and watched the three of them with a calm expressionless face. She wasn't one for much, including swimming. And she didn't have a bathing suit anyway. Her kimono and jacket were all she was wearing. Both of which would easily weigh her down.

Evan laughed and stripped down to his boxers as well. He dove into the water, rather skillfully. He had swam in the nearby river a lot as a kid.

Shoxie smiled. He remembered when Only him and Evan came to this same fall, but there was only two of them. This time they had more company with them.

Shiki watched them in the water quietly, well out of the way of the water splashes. In school, she used to stand out, yet be overlooked as well. She would stand out because she was the only one in school to wear a kimono all year around, and she would be overlooked because she never spoke to anyone there but Mikiya. She never watched TV so she never could follow any of the shows the others spoke about, and she was probably one of the few of the young generation that didn't know how to operate a computer. And with her clothes being the same style every day, there was nothing to talk about with the other humans. So she didn't speak.

Drynn jumped into the water without a second thought, creating a large splash. She would have taken off her shoes but they were just roman sandels that could handle the water. The trouses and shirt that she wore did not way her down so she never worried about them either.
After a few seconds of being under water, Drynn made her way back to the surface and began swimming around in circles and doing little 'stunts'.
Martyn carried the coin bag to a safe location and then scampered towards the water's edge. The pine martin placed his little, front paws into the water. From there he would continue inch by inch untill his entire body was use to the temprature.

Evan laughed as he was splashed from Drynn's cannon ball. Then he looked over to where Shiki was sitting. He realized that she probably didn't have a swim suit, or a change of clothes. He swam over to the bank. "There's a town nearby," he told her. "If you want, we can go buy you a swim suit there."

Shiki looked at Evan with slightly widened eyes. She seemed confused, although her eyes never showed it.

Evan raised an eyebrow at the expression she was giving him. "Do you?" he asked again. "It can get boring just sitting watching us."

"It's not that it's boring..." Shiki said and looked away with a degree of uncertainty, "...I just never wore a bathing suit before..."
