"Alright," Renatus began, "If we get ourselves captured, we would be taken to the prison, which is where my sister would be. From there we can fight our way out. Or we can wait until night and break into the camp, then search it for the prison." He concluded. He sheathed his saber. "The option is yours."

Renatus chuckled, it was odd to hear someone say that. “Alright then. Here goes nothing.” he said. He tranformed into his human form and walked to the top of the dune. He took a deep breath, then shot a tall jet of smoke into the air, coughing afterwards. The camp began to stir when Renatus returned to Lucida. “Here they come.” He said, clearly anxious.

Lucinda nodded and shrunk to Renatus, a bit.

Renatus shivered slightly. He could hear boots approaching. He turned around, and kissed Lucinda passionately, revealing his deep worry.

Lucinda jumped in surprise when his mouth was suddenly on hers. Her eyes were wide in surprise.

Renatus pulled his head back. "For good luck." He said quietly, smiling faintly. Just than, a bandit came from over the hill. "Found them!" The bandit yelled.

Lucinda looked at the man who found them. She stayed close to Renatus.

Renatus raised his arm's in surrender. "Kel guare!" he said in gibberish, pretending not to speak the same language. As the rest of the bandits surrounded them, one came and grabbed Renatus' arm, tossing him to the sand, then stepping on his back to hold him down. Renatus coughed as his lungs compressed.

Lucinda cried out when she saw him get hurt. On instinct, she moved to help him.

Renatus held up a hand to stop Lucinda from helping him. If pain was necessary, he would endure it. "Who are you?" the bandit holding him down asked. "Kel ne molni!" Renatus said again in jibberish. The bandit, frustrated put more weight on Renatus, before kicking him over. Renatus yelped in pain, and panted. The bandit turned around "What about you girl, you speak english?" he said angrily, scowling. Two bandits came from behind Lucinda and grabbed her at her elbows.

Lucinda yelped, and then decided to go along with Renatus's lead. "Ni ama huberas," she replied.

Renatus coughed up sand, then rolled over. He was lifted by the bandits. "Take him to the prison." the apparent lead bandit said. Pointing at Renatus who was hanging slightly limp and dazed from the hands of two other bandits. "Take her..." he began redirecting his gaze at Lucinda. "to my hut." At this, Renatus began struggling in the bandits arms, before being punched in the stomach, quelling his energy for the moment. The bandits began toting them back towards the camp.

Lucinda dragged her feet, whimpering unhappily. She tried to pretend to be confused.
