The trip or the MapleStory? ...or both? xp
The Canada trip WAS fun. That'd been my first time to Alberta (the province he lives in). There was so much to see! Calgary Zoo... Rocky Mountains glaciers... West Edmonton Mall (GINORMOUS MALL OF DOOM! O__O)... Dino museum... ........not to mention a little town gopher museum made with real gophers that PETA certainly wouldn't be too happy about eek lol
MapleStory as I said is such an addicting game eek I mean it doesn't really rank as one of the top mmorpgs or anything, but dang is it a good time waster. Plus its more fun when you got other people to play with. Cept my character so weak crying I'm killing everything in my way just to get stronger scream

Well, I've never played Maple Story...
I was mostly talking about going to Canada. It's an interesting place... sweatdrop But I'm sorry but all I can think of is this song from the musical "Avenue Q" It's called "My Girlfriend From Canada" The Musical is basically a Sesame Street parody. (pupets and everything)A Sesame Street for adults, if you will. There's songs like "If You Were Gay, That'd Be OK," "Every one's a Little Bit Racist Sometimes," "The Internet is for Porn eek ," "There is Life Outside Your Apartment, "There's a Fine, Fine Line,"(which is actually really sad) "Everyone's a Little Bit Unsatisfied," "The More you Wruv Someone (The More You Want to Kill 'Dem)" and a bunch of others... Anyways, so you know the background and, hopefully, don't think I'm completely nuts: the musical has the equivalent to Bert and Ernie, Rob and Nickie. And, of coarse, it makes cracks about Rob(Bert) being gay-in-denial and secretly in love with Nickie(Ernie). Well, Nickie confronts Rob about being gay (Hence "If You Were Gay, That'd Be OK") and Rob gets upset and later in the musical sings this little beauty... (WARNING: this musical is meant for adults, so this song does have some sexual content) The Song, from my memory Oh, I wish you could meet my girlfriend, My girlfriend who lives in Canada. She couldn't be sweeter, I wish you could meet her, My girlfriend who lives in Canada.
Her name is Alberta, she lives in Vancouver. She cooks like my mother and sucks like a hoover. ahhh<<[that Bert laugh] I email her every single day, just to make sure everything's OK. It's a pity she lives so far away, in Canada.
Last week she was here but she had the flu. Too bad, cause I wanted to introduce her to you. It's so sad, there wasn't a think that she could do, but stay in bed, with her legs up over her head. Oh!
I wish you could meet my girlfriend, but you can't because she is in Canada. I love her. I miss her. I can't wait to kiss her! So soon I'll be off to Alberta!--- I mean Vancouver! [to self] (s**t)Her name is Alberta, she lives in Vancouver- [back to audience] --She's my girlfriend! My wonderful girlfriend! Yes, I have a girlfriend who lives in CANADA!!!

The House Spirit Contest has come to a close, congratulations to Celestial Archer of Gryffindor for winning that one.
Preparations for Halloween are beginning! It may seem early, but banners need to be made, and tickets will have to be sold, and prizes will need to be bought, so it's best to start asap. Please go to the Halloween Planning Thread to give your input!
