He can only use it once. But the ultimate sacrifice is an instant-kill attack.

But the ultimate sacrifice is an instant-kill attack. wow... that is an attack that only the chicks would be able to use freely.. the dudes playing would only use it as an ultimate last resort... apologizing the whole time.... well, except for Maeth... who seems to enjoy the idea of castrating
