Eulalia Danae For a moment the Erebus began to glow blue as the small points covering the ship began to charge up with a violent wave of energy. The Energy branched out, connecting in an orb and then pulsed outward in every direction, falling over every ship it came across like a large, glowing, blue net, that damaged electronics, shields and weakened hulls.

She figured he could always tease her back when he got a look at her missing arm. "See you when you get here, smurf." "Speak of the devil, I'm here. Although your boyfriend's kinda being a d**k. His ship's opened fire on me! Can I kill him or do we want his ship disabled?" "What can I say?" Pendari grinned, "I was always attracted to the bad boys. You'll have to ask Jarred on that one, I don't know if he wants the ship or not." "Right. So, I'm just gonna knock it out. Disable comm and engines. If he keeps this up, there's gonna be some serious damage to the inside of the ship, possible hull breach. The damage from outside isn't pretty. If need be, I can call for a lifeboat for you guys." "Don't call for a lifeboat." Pendari warned. "Those lines will be tightly monitored, and I assure you it would not be help to arrive."

((it damages large scale more than the small things....so all funky personal electronics, including implants should be just fine and spiffy.))

The return reply was garbled as the wave struck the Star's Light, but the reply wasn't happy. One could make out the sound of Eric screaming "He's DEAD! Everyone he knows is DEAD! MOTHER! DEAD! FATHER! DEAD! HIS ******** SEX TOY DOG! DEAD!"

"Calm down, Eric, the anger might distract you." Pendari said in a relatively calm voice. "Besides I doubt if anyone close to Lux is living anyway." She glanced at Jarred, wondering why he hadn't reacted to any of the conversation, but shrugged it off. "Just keep your cool and get us out of this, please."

"Ah. Assuming this goes through, make the ship go pop or whatever. It doesn't matter, just keep the Grushdeva out of the cross fire."

She stated to Xeen in a flat voice, as if he could do anything about it, or cared anymore than the cold hearted stone. "As for what people you discuss, what makes you think I'm truly concerned about the lives of those at large. If anything I will be just disappointed to lose my entertainments." "You are no different than the one before. You are no child, no human. You hardly understand the concept of 'Humanity' to play a very convincing human," Xeen paused, his crimson eyes lingering on the girl, "You are the stone, and I would appreciate your cooperation." "I know what I am, Soltari, as I know who you are." The girl smiled sweetly. "Your little girl never made it back to the bridge or the prison, did she?" Haldis' eyes turned to AC. "I believe she is dead." Xeen cast a look between AC and Haldis. "I aplogize for what you may take as theft of oppourtunity, woman, but I do need the girl," Xeen turned to the girl, and took her arm, closing his eyes, and focusing on the room in the prison, before reality collapsed on them, and they re-emerged in the Prison. Haldis pulled her arm away from Xeen, with surprising strength for a small girl her age. "I gave you no such permission to take me from the bridge." She glared at him. "What is it you want?!"

((Dang it. The kid's in the wrong part of the ship now. If Xeen hadn't pulled her away, or if A.C.'d woken up to the Rogue's dead body in front of her... oh, well. I hereby accept that I will be unintentionally twarted at every turn in this arc. Maybe I ought to just stop making plans and wing it! *prepares to wing*))
Cookie cackled a little. "There's the price, of course," she grated. "Don't forget that."
She got a sudden idea. "Hey, Hally, I'll take it now. That deal. I got a wish." The old woman held out her hand.
