Three million bullets seized in the last 24 months, and no change in the Cartel's efficiency. Looking at those numbers, the cartel is better funded than the MEXICAN GOVERNMENT. Why don't they just have a ******** coup and end it all already? Oh, it's because they don't want the burden of leadership. Mexico, you DO NOT ******** with people who can buy and sell you like goddamn jelly beans, but only choose not to because they don't feel like doing your job too.
