She jumped at his voice and said "arrhh...you scared me" she took her hand from her weapon and stared at him. "how did you know something is wrong?" she asked looking at him still.

I sense your worry and saw you leave with enough weapons for a war and when I saw you get nervous about me following you so I returned and had seconds thoughts and returned to help if you want it

She looked at him and gave a slight smile at his eaggeration of how many weapons she had and then her fae when somber again and she said "i dont know what to expect...." she looked into the cave and waited for her eyes to adjust to the darkness.

CJ woke up to voices but when it became quiet again he just thought he had been dreaming, so he closed his eyes and tried not to think about the pain and blindness.

She walked into the cave and nearly tripped over CJ she knelt down "CJ, its mum. What happened?" she asked him, "son are you alright?"

CJ opened his eyes and looked in the direction his mum's voice came from "mum, i cant see, i was in a fight with a guy...i dont know him except that i have seen glimpses of him at the tavern, he was attacking and killing the villagers....i tried to stop him like you told me...that if i saw someone hurting innoent people i should try my best to protect them, i tried." he stopped talking to catch his breath.

"oh CJ....its going to be alright...you will heal but when we get back to the tavern i will get the nurse to come and look at you ok?" she told him hugging him, "im just glad your alive" she then said "who do you think it is?" she was angry and this could be seen in her eyes...which glowed a bright fiery red.
