*what a day! Zephyr thinks to him self, smiling inside. He decides to go back to his room and go to bed. He changes clothes and gets into bed. Nyte curls up on top of Zephyr and they both fall peacefully asleep...And then..the nightmares return, more vivid then before. Zephyr realizes that what he sees as himself is not human, yet it is still him. In the dreams he is a monster. about 8 foot tall, and thick like a tree trunk. He is skin, if it can be called skin, is blacker than even complete darkness, and harder then anything on earth. At everyone of his joints, this 'skin' is formed into blades. In the dream he can see hundreds of dead bodies surrounding him, ripped to shreds. He finds a survivor and cannot control his actions. Zephyr's 'body' picks up the poor surviver by the head, slashes them with his other arm, then tosses the shredded body into a wall. The beast that Zephyr is trapped inside of's hunger has been satisfied. It has not eat even the tiniest amount of flesh or bone from its victems. Instead, it feasted upon the souls. The beast gazes gleefully at the gore that surrounds it and to Zephyrs horror smiles. Zephyr wakes up with a start. Nyte stares at him through the darkness, then mews as if to say there's nothing to worry about, i'll protect you, go back to sleep. Still shaking from the horrifying vision of his dream, Zephyr picks up his bass and quietly plays it to himself and falls into a dreamless slumber*

*Zephyr stood there alone, anger coursing through him. suddenly a bit of the hidden part of his mind burst open. Energy surged through him and stranged symbols surfaced one by one in his mind's eye. His body began to glow. His hair became silver, his glasses melted away. His earthly brown eyes changed into a strange glowing lime green. he could barely control himself. Nyte jumped off od him and stood by, quietly watching, as if the kitten knew what was going on, even when Zephyr did not. In a fit of rage Zephyr charged into the forest becuase he knew he must calm down and regain control. In the heart of the forest Zephyr found a tree about 2 feet in diameter. He punched the tree, which cracked, the top part falling over. The broken places on both parts of the tree smoked for awhile then turned into shadows which Zephyr seemed to absorb into his body. suddenly he reverted back into his normal form, everything changing back, even the glasses reappeared on his face. Nyte, who had followed Zephyr, jumped back on his shoulder and mewed. The two headed back to their room and Zephyr sat up in bed, frightened out of his mind about what had just happened tohim, and what he had done.*
