"Blue Heaven is considered a free town and a hangout for outlaws but they have a few crucial rule. the biggest of which is against the use of fire arms. the reason for this is Blue Heaven is on an asteroid and protected by a hull. if a stray bullet where to hit that hull and crack it then everyone in Blue Heaven would be killed."
