I played guitar when I was younger (like 15) but I kept getting hit in the face when the strings snapped *sigh* my teacher said I was curse ;__;

I played guitar when I was younger (like 15) but I kept getting hit in the face when the strings snapped *sigh* my teacher said I was curse ;__; What were you doing that the strings snapped? Mine never do. Intonation involves those little metal blocks on electric guitars where the strings come through and rest on. If the guitar needs to have the intonation set it means those are out of whack. It also means that no matter how well you tune the guitar it will never match up right with the other strings when you go to play chords.

I don't know what I was doing...My teacher would tune it. SNAP! I would tune it. SNAP!! my dad would tune it. SNAP!!!
