A Curse Seal?
In the trees, not too far from the fight sat Kinuta Kyoushin, the Sound nin responsible for the wedding attack. He sat comfortably, leaning his back against a thick tree trunk as he munched on some dried apricots. He had no trouble locating the academy, and decided to sit and watch the show for a bit.
That's very interesting....I don't recall seeing her anywhere with Orochimaru....meh, oh well. no sense worrying about it.
He popped another apricot into his mouth as he relaxed.

Tutsumi watched what was happening to Melony, helpless for the moment as he watched the shadows coming for him.
"No...no...FUCKING HELL NO!"
The area around him slowly started to spin with white light in the form of fire, the blue flame on his forehead taking actual shape and form as it started to lick his now glowing white hair. He then started a dash, his feet not even touching the ground as he made his way up to her as if he were running up a spiraling staircase right to her. He was about five feet from her before he released the two helix energy balls, these would be controlled by Tutsumi so even if they missed they would continue to go after Mai until they hit...and they only hit her.

I'll get some firewood and stay here. I'm sure she's attracted more attention by now. Besides, they're more likely to calm her down than me.
-=With that, he dashed into the forest. a few minutes later, he came back with two armfuls of firewood, and sat them next to the open-air forge. He piled a few logs in it after setting up some tinder and kindling, then lit the tinder. In a few more minutes, a nice fire was going, and Neko hopped into one of the hammocks, about ten feet from the forge=-

She found a seat just far enough away from the fire that she barely felt the ambient heat from it.
"Do you think there's any one else at the academy that might recognize something about my mask? One of the sensei's perhaps? It's kinda the main thing I'm basing my search off of."

The shadows shot at Tutsumi as she continued to fly away from him and trying toget away from his attack, her wings beating against the wind hard to keep her speed fast. She noticed they were following her and she turned and curved trying to get away from them. She growled trying to figure out how toget them to hit eachother or hit something else.

They would seem to have a mind of their own, yet linked to each other and their surroundings. It had taken Tutsumi months of training, cuts, bruises, burns, poisoning and the like just to get this attack to work properly. This meant, they weren't going to hit into anything BUT their target.
Tutsumi himself would be free to blast the shadows away with both Light Rain and Holy Fire which seemed to be permeating from every pore in his body including his mouth and hands.

She continued to swerve her wings hitting hard against the air to try and push them away. She ducked into the trees flying hoping she could mislead them away from her....

Melony layed on the ground, her skinned slowly turning back to normal, her body layed motionless on the ground though. Her eyes were closed and her chakra had been stolen from her by the shadows.

The double helix energy balls would speed up to catch her and then start to spin around her to confuse her. As they spun around, they would split into normal four and then go for the 'kill'.

She tried to speed up and stopped short so they'd miss and she tried to get away.

Once again, they had a mind on their own. They would just slam into her as she stopped short.

Mai screamed as it hit her the demon changing back and forth from her body . She was still in the air as her body began to fall hitting the ground hard leaving a small crater where she was. She was forced to change back . She cried out in pain as her eyes slowly began to close until she passed out.

Watching the shadows disappear as he floated silently in the sky, Tutsumi teleported to where the crater was. He stood over Mai with a grimace and gripped her by the collar of her shirt before dropping her once more. He had to make sure...
Tutsumi placed his left hand on her neck and his right under her shirt and on top of her heart. His hands would glow white as two seals started to form on her body. It would then spread to five other spots; all four limbs and her stomach. She was on lock down for now, any attempt to go demon would drain her completely.

Nyl moved through the trees, hopping from one to the next silently. Something was going on at the dojo, but her instincts were telling her she didn't want to know what it was.

She screamed as the seals formed and the demon went wild raging trying to beat it, she then passed out again after the marks formed on her body. She fell silent laying there. She wasnt going to wake for some time.
