(( Lawlz. Poor Meredith, the only one who views it as a duty as opposed to a sport. XD ))
"Well seeing as I'm a vegetarian it's probably a pretty safe assumption to say that I'm not all that into hunting living animals either. Hunting in general is bad but animals do what they are programmed to do where as people do whatever the hell they feel like doing which can bring a lot of problems to the table. There are the occasions I will talk a little before shooting to try and figure out where the person is coming from but for the most part I'm certain that what I'm shooting at is better off put down and that's just how it works. It's a hard judgement call sometimes, though ... And I hate putting down people who seem half decent but end up playing you and s**t." She hadn't been the one to put Reno down but that had been a horribly painful experience for her nevertheless. Watching her own brother shoot one of her best friends all because he'd loved her and she'd chosen some a** hole that'd tried to kill her over him hadn't left her without scars. Maybe Reno didn't know it, maybe he did, but she missed him and felt it was her fault he'd been killed. Of course, that'd been years ago now, probably three.
"I can't say I've been in the army or anything, I've never had a legitimate job really since I kind of dropped out of grade nine to find my brother. Lo and behold he was the leader of the hunters and now I've come to take his place ... I guess it is a small world after all ... How did Richard get you kicked out? Was it because he kidnapped the children or some other reason like he went berserk or something? By the by, if we had a Richard amongst my ranks I would not tolerate that at all. The Richards of this world can have blood packets and if those aren't good enough then they can make a human buddy and if I find out they've killed their human buddy they're rogue and terminated. I will not stand for people like that at all. Someone's got to follow through with the punishment around here and draw the lines. Unfortuantely that's my job and I really hope there aren't any Richards I ever have to deal with." It pained her to no ends thinking about killing one of her hunters, they were practically her family even if she didn't know them all. She'd die to protect them all and to be betrayed by someone she was willing to give her life for, that was the ultimate blow.

Peter laughed, "Pup?... pups die by themselves, they get lost and stave. I'm talking about the twisted, ones. the ones that think they are so powerful taking pray on ignorant humans.. " pups?. what the ******** does this guy think we are. pups!. I want to shift right now see how he can hunt us, ********.. Eden.. at those times.. we didn't have blood packets.. and for him it needed to be fresh.. I was ordered to find him and bring him back alive.. turned out he had drunk the children dry by then, thought he was on the right side of things.. that the mayor provoked it.. they wanted me to bring him back alive because he was the best hunter.. he had killed more then anyone and he was worth the lives of a few children then.. he would get a slap on the wrist and then be sent of to his next job as if nothing happened... but.. when I was kicked out.. It was because of how I dealt with Richard."

"Ah. well I tend to hunt to ******** that are taking out hunters or military men and woman. But I never miss the chance to kill off something that has strayed to close to my path."With that he turned toward Meredith. "thats where we keep crossing paths. You and i wonder a bit to close to each other and i hunt." He looked back at Peter. "But I enjoy hunting the bigger badder beasties...more of a challange."

Peter nodded agreeing with James. He respected able fighters. And was glad every time he found himself fighting with everything he had to kill a Werewolf, or Demon, or Vampire.

(( See you later, then, hopefully. ^^ ))
"I hunt the goons who prey on the innocent or ******** around with my hunters or the ones who attack me first. There are sometimes exceptions and whatnot but not all that often. And you better not be hunting lycans that haven't given you a friggin' reason to hunt them or I'll kick your a**, no questions asked. Lycans are allowed to live just as vampires and demons are provided they are not causing death everywhere they happen to go." She gave James a stern look that said she was completely serious about kicking his a**. Meredith didn't joke about things like this at all and did not like to hear that James viewed it more as a game than anything. She might have to keep an eye on him and keep him in line herself, personally ... Perhaps Kerrigan would be up to the task too since she was a decent huntress and he'd respect her more because she was a vampire and not a lycan.
"I suppose not ... But still ... If he believes he's in the right killing children because some mayor didn't want him to drink his kid's blood then that's completely unacceptable. The only thing I tolerate less than hunting those weaker than your and such is hunting children because they are the future and they are the complete and total definition of innocence. No kid deserves to be caught in the cross fire of the digusting world we've emmersed ourselves in. Killing kids is the lowest thing you can do as far as I'm concerned." She was adamant that killing children was completely unacceptable, a sin if there ever was one in her mind. Meredith was religious but she didn't push her religion on people or anything but she did stick by her morales. If she forgot those then she really was a no good crook that was no different from a murderer. She did not murder, she killed to protect, killed for a reason. Of course, that by no means justified her taking another's life, she had no right but some people had to live inbetween the lines of good and bad. That was to be a true hunter.

Oh.. your doing it again.. leaving out details so the boss lady doesn't think less of you. you little ******** off. I told her how i got kicked out, if she wants specifics then I'll tell her. Besides, my actions now define who I am more then my past actions.' Peter nodded in agreement.. he detested killing young.. It was a low and pathetic action.. deemed only to the lowest of creatures.

Matt finds himself eating and eating. He was ready to fight, he was reager to finally fight with the great Eden. "So do you ever want to turn, Eden?" He says. He was always eager to get to fight with hunter role models. HE always fought with the grunts the low life's of the hunter organsation. He always felt like a low life.

Eden had, by now, finished her meal and upon hearing Matt's question she only frowned at it since she had absolutely no intention of ever going lycan if it was up to her. "Hellz no. I have not, by any means learnt how to control that part of me and I do not really want to have anything to do with it unless I have to. I'm just going to steer clear of that route and avoid it for as long as I possibly can. The last time I turned I wasn't able to control my body at all and it was just a huge mental duke-fest which ended in me winning but that was absolutely draining ... I'm just going to play things safe and refrain from going lycan at all. Not to mention I probably wouldn't do it in the presence of a vampire, no offense, since my other side seems to naturally hate them. I'd be worried I'd hurt someone that I wouldn't normally hurt. Both Veroen and Kerri mean a lot to me and both happen to be vampires ..."
Clearly she was not, by any means thrilled about being a lycan and she was absolutely terrified of attempting to turn. She was a new born lycan so it was difficult for her to control her other nature and she did not want to hurt someone like Veroen or Kerri. Of course, Eden was sure that both of them could easily take care of her if it came down to that but she never wanted to have to make either of them resort to that choice if she could help it. By remaining in her human form she had control over her actions and her words though the occasional thought would be misplaced and she would realize that it was not her thought at all. Something about her other nature struck her as extremely, well, ancient. She was starting to kind of understand why Ceon had maybe been such a jerk and had posed such a difficult time controlling his temper. Meredith certainly had to restrain herself quite frequently if at all her other nature felt threatened as its instincts were roused.
Her eyes flashed from hazel to an amber colour for a brief moment and she gave Peter a funny look since she'd just accidentally tapped into his thoughts. "You're entitled," she decided to tell him, "to your secrets but if I so choose I can look it up in your file anytime without any problem. Don't try to save too much face with me, I understand that a lot of hunters come from a not-so-pretty background. I'm probably included in that. I took off when I was thirteen, fourteen and spent a year or so learning how to fight in the streets in order to make myself some cash. And when I got really good at staged fights I earned a lot of cash and accidentally ran into a group of people that looked really weird. Turned out they were hunters tailing a few vampires and I totally saw them. They were kind of a ... I dunno, a vampire squat team or a team full of ops if you want to say and I was either allowed to work for them or live in fear forever. So I chose the work."

Peter smiled.. 'another one, best no secrets anyhow. If I will truly put my trust into my leader. Then I must place my life at her feet, she must know what i am fully capable of.. that I can show her, and what I have done, that is to tell.'
the voice inside Peter chuckled..wanting to witness her reaction..
"Most of my years, Ma'am, you would not find on file.. I traveled most by myself.. anything that knew of me did so because I was hunting it... and there all dead. My past is not on record for the most part...
Of course when a group of hunters asked a person outside their ordanance to help them.. they tend to keep an eye on said person.." Peter clasped his hands as he set his arms on the table. Rubbing over his knuckles before looking up into her eyes to answer truthfully... "I was exiled from hunting in the Slovic regions because I ate Richard."

Eden couldn't help but laugh at the thought of Peter being worried about her judging him for eating Richard. Had she not seen the guy devour a vampire mercilessly before she probably wouldn't have believed Peter's claim but she knew it was true because she had. By no means was she trying to be rude but it was simply ironic that Richard had suffered the fate of being eaten after he'd, by technical means, eaten those children. "Nummy ... I wouldn't know what vampire tastes like since I've never really been compelled to eat one ... I guess I have to believe you on that one, though since I've seen you in the act. If you honestly think that's going to disturb me after watching your conduct with that vampire today you have another thing coming. That guy got what he deserved anyhow if he's willing to kill children over his little pride issues and his little hissy fits. Those kid's parents were only trying to protect their kids and anyone with a heart can understand that one. Once you lose your heart you generally just turn into a monster, something to hunt."
Meredith was absolutely calm and composed after hearing the story, no reaction coming from her other than amusement and perhaps a slight hint of smugness. Had he honestly thought she would be surprised or devastated to hear that he had eaten a vampire in the past when she had just caught him doing so earlier this evening? Perhaps she was oblivious sometimes and not fully informed at times but she probably wouldn't refer to herself as naive. Peter's past was his to deal with and his to live with and she would not judge him by his past but by the conduct in which he displayed as one of her hunters. So far he had not done a great job of being civil like she expected her hunters to be but hopefully that would change. She was probably more concerned about James not following what she had to say as opposed to Peter. He seemed to be a little strange but at the very least it seemed he was able to feel remorse which meant there was still humanity within him. All of her hunters needed that and once they lost it, well, she cut them loose and told them to retire.

Peter nodded; he had been worried that she would think less of him, after her response to him eating the vampire... You didn't even finish that though... 'Enough' His phone beeped... peter looked to it and responded to the text quickly, then set about working on another, quickly finishing the message he turned to Eden. "Ma'am, Seduction has messaged me about the 'Poseidon' file and directed me to a possible lead. I have messaged the lead to see if it is worthwhile. Seduction asks I assist them near Las Noches, backup, after the search tonight, do I have your permission to randav with Seduction, or would you have me continue the search?"

Matt was relaxed from the run to the docks, he was eager to learn more about Eden. He wondered how would a female lycan look? "Well whenever you are ready to let loose and feel the full power of a lycan, tell me. Maybe can go on a beast run." He said. He loved to turn, it was like all the power in the world came to him, making him stornger. He had only seen one other lycan in his life. The one that took his mortal life away from him. "It's like another you. The beast in all humans, the instict of you comes out, like the greek minotaur. A beast but with human nature. Somewhere a human is inside, but not visible. The corput you... the better you." He said. Matt took a sip of his beer. He hoped that eden would see that it is not a bad thing. Matt was sad, he was upset at himself for telling a women who hated lycans. to be one...

(Lol a missed a bit)
James smiled at her reaction to his words. It was clear she'd picked up the fact that he had admitted to hunting lycans who did nothing to warrant it. "Madam, you shall never catch me hunting an innocent lycan."
He leaned back and simply listened to the other three talk around him. His interest spiked mildly at Peter's words of a case.
You lied to your Master.
I did not lie. I dont believe any lycan innocent.
And even if they were you'd cover up your deed like you did to that poor teen?
I did nothing wrong. He would have turned sooner or later. I choose to take him out before he was able to turn and eat his family while they slept.
Hey keep telling me what you need to, I was there i know what happened.
Like you care what happened. So "Just shut up!' James opened his eyes and looked around. "Excuse me..." He cleared his throat.
