Guys I know your all wanting to say what you want and all about this but this is seeming to slightly getting out of hand. Ferregar makes good points and alot of you guys all have good points. Can we just leave this as it is and wait till we can get the cappy and v.c.s and move on?
Now what I have after this all:
Satan@Now all crew do their jobs and we do what we are told to do. DG is a good crew. Now the other crew did their jobs, his just involved what it involved. All crew are good if they do their jobs right.
Urban@ Turly I don't think anyone is targeting you,

I give up....
I dont even give a ******** anymore.
It is literally impossible to make anyone happy in this guild.
We do one thing, one side is pissed, we do something else, everyone else is pissed....
well you know ******** it all....
I'm done. Find a new ******** VC, cause I'm sick of all the bitching, fighting, and complaining in this guild

The only person that seems to have an issue here is Jackie and yourself.

Ferregar DGwar I'm not dismissing s**t. I told you I'll drop the ultimate magnetizing skill that allows me to magnetize any and all metals as soon as you can prove to me that the other things that caused it to be made are being nerfed too. DG, have you even read Urban's profile all the way? He doesn't have the ability to demagnetize himself or any of his machines. How is he targeting you like Wulf? For that matter, how was Wulf REALLY targeting you too? I can't believe this s**t. I feel like half of my work here has been based on lies I've been told to make me choose sides. I never said he had that ability, nor did I say Wulf was targeting me.
I said he had stuff that was unmagnetizable.
@Snuff, don't quit over this you're one of the few reasons it hasn't set ablaze yet. Things just need to be done more diplomatically and not on VC whims. This guild needs you...

Yeah I get that. I understand where you are stuck at the moment. But, there are other crew that are just as bad. and DG isnt even that bad. He puts out a logical argument, suggestions, the works. If people take his point of view the wrong way, its not really his fault. I dont think he sets out to hurt peoples feelings. Which is essentially what this is. PEople cant deal with being bumped for OP things so they cry about it. God forbid this guild should be equaled out because DG isnt willing to let OP s**t just pass by, or underhanded things to go un-questioned. I know he isnt the only one trying to prevent OP things happening, but he does it persistently, and he follows up on what he questions. Boots, we need you here. You are an amazing VC. and yes, we are disgruntled over this, but I am guessing, since you are on Dg's side, that this was mostly Jackies decision?

We looked over the entire crew list....each name, stated whether we think we should keep or kick them, and then gave our reasons why we think that...when it came to DG, both of us were split on it...we hashed it out over a few minutes, and in the end, sadly we agreed he should be removed....how we went about it was iffy, but at the time, it felt like it was the best thing to do. @Urban: that kind of talk wont sway me....cause the fact about me is, I dont care what people think about me...If i leave, ya...it looks bad...is it the worst thing I've done? no.... If I choose to stay, it's cause I choose.... I dont see why people try to convince people of things. @DG: yeah, I'm taking your advice and walking away. I'm going to go cool off, and when I'm level headed, I'll think about it again. @May: no...it was a joint decision between me and her.... @Everyone: Quit singling her out... it was both of us..

It didnt say for me to stay because the guild needs me....it said they wanted me to stay because they want ME here...because I'm ME....not because I'm an amazing VC or anything...but because I'm Beth....thats what I was looking for.... Lately, I've been feeling really taken advantage of....and that PM convinced me to stay....thank you Cass....
