Thard_Verad Ginji of Thunder Aha! Bulbapedia says that Bliz and Thunder bypass the Acc Check in Hail/Rain. So there you go! Serebii isn't much help with Fog. How about Bulbapedia? Same as Serebii... -_-

E E P S T E R lol, Tommy's always gettin' himself into trouble. It always happens to him to. Wasn't expecting him to teleport just then. and that's that. We should have a vote to see what DOES happen to him. tommy always seems to appear where ever Reaper is headed to, lol

Reposting edit from previous page:
Castform doesn't change form in Sandstorm or Shadow Sky. I don't think Weather Ball becomes Shadow-Type. If anything, I'll have to start a new file on XD and get to the Cipher Admin in Phenac.

Alright. So Weather Ball in Shadow Sky is ??? typed.
Any other Reference Tables a ref might need? I can't think of Any, so I may just rename it to "Weather"

Let's see, you've already covered Fling and Natural Gift in the ItemDex page. Other move effects, like Spike Cannon are in ItemDex2. Stat changes are handled automatically...
I can't think of anything offhand.

You've never seen Dexter's Laboratory, have you? Mandark, Dexter's main rival, is really named Susan. His parents are ... eccentric. And hippies.

Hmm. I'm debating whether or not Excel's RNG is truly random.

Good enough for me =D So...to have multiple RND tests, 1 for each place (acc test, crit test, effect test), or to just have 1 and have it reload.
