Is it true if we know a technique but at our maximum of learning others, then we can drop it and pick it back up later without training it?

What do you mean? Are you talking buki/tai styles? Or unlearned ninjutsu? Because you can not resume ninjutsu, as far as I'm aware.

Mana's always working on something. Lan wants me available as a consultant of sorts too, but yeah. We all know how that's going to work. I'll do what I can, but I can't do everything. xD

I'm not disappointed with mine, either. I was kinda pissed that they changed my history teacher, but it's worked out semi-okay. He looks and sounds like Stan Lee. xD
