I'm sorry that I worried you guys with whats going on right now, that wasn't my intention. I just really needed a place to talk about it. I'm going tomorrow with one of my friends to talk to a few attorneys and get their input on this whole thing. Hopefully all of this will get settled pretty quickly.
You guys are great for trying to help though. I love you guys <333
@Foam: I haven't been told what day she's saying that it happened on, so I don't know if I have anything to disprove her yet. That's actually one of the things I need to ask the attorneys about. All I have that could count against her right now is the text messages and voice mails that she's left me. And the police report of her showing up at my house.
My friend Raquel said that she would say there was no way that I would attempt anything with Cherise because I was sleeping with her at the time. Her husband even said he would go along with it too. I thought they were joking but they were being dead serious about it.

I don't know how I'm going to survive this semester. It's only the third week and I already feel overwhelmed with all the work. At least I'm managing a bit better with the whole spend time with friends thing. Then again I don't know if any of them actually consider me a friend or not. But whatever... it's not worth worrying about (yes, I'm going to worry anyways. I'm a hypocrite through and through.)
So not only am I really busy and such, but I'm losing my motivation for studying. I love genetics, and I've hardly even touched my genetics book. And now I also am going to be stressing about an application form I need to fill out. The teacher I asked for a recommendation from wants me to write up a draft before. How can I draft my own recommendation... it's so difficult to think of my own good points for why they should accept me. Though I apparently have many good points, according to other people....
The sum of all this I think is that I expect too much of myself, I don't know my limits and I get stressed out easily and am exhausted all the time from stupid worrying. *sigh* And I haven't been able to spend much time here either. Maybe I should just take a hiatus since all I've been posting lately is here, which is generally complaints. I'm just a nuisance to everyone both online and off.

I hate everyone. emo Sad face. and on a completely separate note: I have had an all day pass to the music room for the past few days straight at school but today i chose not to use it. The new band director this year plays guitar and he likes me to come in and play for his classes to show professionalism and how fun it is to practice their instruments. But here lately I haven't been feeling the want to play guitar and I'm starting to get sick of it. the thing is that i love my music so if I'm starting to hate it there is something seriously F*ed up in my head.
