I didn't, because someone else has recreated Umigakure, I wanted to have Kyo recreate Umigakure when he was strong enough because he's the last person from Umigakure, I don't think any of the others are still around, meaning he's the only survivor of the destruction of Umigakure, and besides, he has been given so much from there that it would have been a great story to go with sweatdrop but now it's been created by someone so there's nothing I can do about it gonk
