"No matter where you go. There is some sort of water somewhere. Its part of a human's need for survival."
"Alright. I'll keep that in mind when I'm in the heat of combat. Exactly how will it cause the enemy problems in manuevering?"
"The body of water is transformed into a spinning drill, causing many attacks from all sides. They have a choice to move and become drilled with high water pressure, causing a great amount of damage. Or they can stay where they are, when you can move in a bakuretsu clone, or just converge the attacks upon them."

Nova stared at him blankly then returned to practicing the handseals for the jutsu. There was a small body of water nearby, which he could utilize into a mass drive for attack. He conjured his chakra into his mind and focused.

Itachi watched him carefully with his two sharingan eyes. Nova created 3 bakuretsu kage bunshin clones to be used to run a scenario. One clone charged towards him, and Nova controlled the water to veil him. The only problem was, he hadn't gotten it to spin.
"Eh, I've got to spin it like the rasengan."
The clone exploded from the collision with the water wall.

Makura would smile as he finished the technique. Once he was done the child then shunshined out of existance yet again. With this the child would take form beside the man named Hatake Kakashi. Makura would speak to the man abruptly so that he will be able to complete his training.
"Can you teach me your Chidori?"
Kakashi would look at the boy before smirking. At this the man would motion for the child to follow him.

As Kakashi moved to a more wooded area, they would stop before Kakashi lifted up his headband, revealing his mastered Sharingan eye. His eye would spin before halting in position. Makura would then take a seat on a nearby rock and watched as Kakashi began to speak.
"When performing Chidori, you must gather much of your chakra into the palm of your hand. Once you've gained enough chakra so that it become visible, you then thrust it into your opponent with great force. The technique is fairly simple, but it will take many days of practice to achieve."
Kakashi would not utter another word as he watched the facial expression on Makura's face.

Makura would feel that this technique was rather simple, but he couldn't understand how it would take days to master. All you had to do was gather chakra into your palm and release it onto your opponent; a simple concept. But Makura would remain quiet as he awaited his sensei's orders.
"Let me demonstrate onto this tree..."
Kakashi would then turn around, facing a large tree. He would then grab hold of his arm and let a blue chakra form. The sounds of birds chirping in the distance was present as the blue chakra turned into what appeared to be electricity.

Kakashi continued to let his electric chakra focus onto this palm until he had gathered enough. This took a few minutes, which showed that this was quite a powerful technique. Makura's sharingan eyes would easily follow the movements, copying it so that Makura would be able to perform it as well.
Suddenly Kakashi would dash towards the tree with great speed, leaving a trail of electricity behind him. Kakashi's percision with the technique was greatly improved due to his sharingan. Makura would only stare in awe as he watched with his sharingan.

Kakashi would come flying through the tree, slicing the tree in half by using his own chakra. This technique was very powerful if it could cut straight through a tree.
Imagine that being human flesh...
The possibilities of the technique intrigued Makura. With that, Makura would grab hold of his right wrist as he began to focus chakra. He could feel the chakra from his body being applied into his hand. Suddenly, a light blue light would emit from his hand until it took the shape of lightning.

Makura would smirk as he witnessed this. Makura's eyes would then scan the area as he searched for a tree which was close to his location. After his eyes spotted on he would then turn to look at his glowing hand. The sounds of birds chirping would also fill the area, this was because of Makura's own chakra flowing through his hand. With this, Makura would shoot forth, gritting his teeth at the speed at which he moved towards the tree. His body appeared to be a blue blur as he dashed forward. His blue electric chakra lifted up the dirt and several rocks about the area as he moved.
Upon coming closer towards the tree, Makura thrusted his palm into the base of the trunk. His hand went completely through the tree but the tree was not cut in half.

Makura's arm would be covered in wood and splinters and blood would ooze from his newly created wounds. Makura would stare at his arm and at all the wounds that covered it. Kakashi would step away from his own tree to turn and look at Makura, smiling. Sasuke was the same way.
"You have to add more power and speed so that you can obliterate the tree..."
Makura would begin to feel woozy, for he had used a ton of chakra all at once. This was a very powerful technique and limited Makura's chakra greatly. The child would sigh as he fell to the ground, begining to breath heavily.

Makura would nod his head before suddenly falling on his back. Kakashi would simply smile as he watched the child fall on his back.
"The jutsu must be too much for this child..."
Kakashi would then walk towards the child placing his hand onto his chest before speaking once again.
"You just have to keep working on it...Most likely your limit will probably be two or three times a day.."
Makura turned to face Kakashi, still breathing heavily.

Makura would shakily come to his feet before smirking towards Kakashi once again. Makura knew that he needed to rest before performing the technique he just wanted to get the feel of if for the moment. Soon enough, streaks of electricity would form around his palm as he then dashed towards yet another tree.
Kakashi would only shake his head, for he knew the child wouldn't perform the technique. He needed more rest. But kakashi decided it was best for the child to learn on his own.

Makura smirked as he came in contact with the tree, although with less force than before. His hand went partially through the tree, though it did give Makura an idea in how to perform the technique. As he finishe this he would let his hand glow yet again, but with a less effect. He launched his hand into the tree, cracking through it until it broke. Sweat would form from Makura's brow as he attempted the technique.
Kakashi would remain seated, now reading his book seeing that the child had now gained the basic principals of the jutsu. All that was left was experience and chakra. But by continuing this, the childs' chakra supply would steadily increase.

Kakashi would soon fall into a deep sleep, letting the child continue with his training with chidori. After several hours of rest, Kakashi would wak up with the sound of birds chirping in the distance. He looked upwards as he saw the many fallen trees that had been torn from their roots. The child continued to produce rather weak chidori's though they seemed to be quite effective. Just about the entire forest was leveled. Kakashi hadn't expected for the child to continue with his training all night long.
"He must really want to get stronger..."
Makura would soon stop, for he used just about all of his chakra trying to perform the weaker versions of chidori.

Makura would fall to the ground in an unconcious state. Makura's chakra supply was less than half, causing Makura to become unconcious. Makura would remain on the ground, without movement but he was breathing rather rapidly. Kakashi would only smirk as he watched Makura fall to the ground.
"Poor kid..."
Kakashi would then reopen his book yet again and become more than involved in it. Kakashi appeared to be in a trance as he simply waited for the child to wake up.
