Well, we need new plugs first of all, so I'll be typing this up as quick as I can.
Well, my mom couldn't come in with us cause she didn't have a passport. She was really upset and I kinda was too.
They had very few resturaunts in the terminal, not to mention no internet access. We waited for like ever, but I ended up talking with this nice old man who was heading to Spain XD Our plane was delayed and left 30 minutes or so late -___-
We ended up being on the bottom floor sadly, but it was okay. Sadly, we didn't get the widest seats T~T We got like the economy level of wide seats. We also didn't get dinner, but we ate before the plane anyway so it worked. It took me a while to sleep. I got abit of sleep, but most of the time I was tossing and turning. It was also a two seat, 4 seat, 2 seat thing and I was in the second seat of the 4 seat middle place. Luckily, the lady I was next to was nice. I could never get the remote out so the TV was a waste, plus I was exhausted.
However, Will Smith (Yes, THE Will Smith) was on the plane annnnnd we were atleast served breakfast.
The plane also landed late and we did a few spins in the sky cause of it which I hate since that hurts my head and ears -___-
We walked down this cool pipe-stair thingys and then a bus took us to the terminal. The terminals = huge so we had to walk ALOT. We finally got to the passport section and waited another 30 minutes or so on line... But I got my first stamp
biggrin Baggage claim was like...5 minutes. As was getting out and I noticed the guy waiting for us really fast. He was really nice.
On the bus and in the van that the guy drove us in, I pointed out the really nice houses (They are like Victorian Cottages), and the unique McDonalds (It was like a victorian cottage mansion), annnd the red phone booths and the cool cars (Even a tiny pink car), and cars I've never seen before and how people were driving on the other side of the road and the steering wheel on the otherside...
While I knew I'd see alot of these things by reading about them, it's different. While I've seen them in movies, it's still different. I'm EXPERIENCING it now. That's why I like spoilers. They tell me what to expect or what I can expect, but they never ruin it for me. They never can give me the full emotion I'll have when I SEE it and even THAT emotion won't be the same as when I EXPERIENCE it.
The hotel is really nice, but the elevat--I mean, lift, is like...4 square feet >_> It's 4 square tiles. So tiny... And the room is small. But the bathroom is really nice as is the room and we have heated towels. We're going to be heading to Baker Street soon
biggrin So I'm excited. Today is touring today. Tomorrow is afternoon tea and fancy dinner day.
Well, either way, I'm happy and excited. Much to do!
