The ones at the top of the announcement bar at the main forum. Whenever you use taijutsu or weapon styles you have to use a jutsu to activate each one, and pay a jutsu each turn to keep them going. I'm thinking this is going to piss off more people(Dizzle, Jay, Etc) than it will help. Less people will die, but less people will choose the tai and weapon classes. Both of them have lost there unlimited learning bonus. Everyone gets the same amount of styles.
On a seemingly weird note we can give up 3 jutsu to get one of higher rank...

im a weapon user. That doesn't really matter to me my special sword already made me use up chakra for every post it is out. I think if that pisses people off and they think it limits them, then they are stupid. Really doesn't make too much of a difference for me. I read that whole thing I didn't really think anything of it. Didn't think it would make such a big difference. I don't know why some people have such an aversion to authority even if the authority is only trying to serve the greater good.
Hey nuppins, I'm good. Just trying figure out what i want my characters to do now.

It will only piss people like dizzle off cause they like to use ninjutsu a lot, your a taijutsu class, use taijutsu.
