Miltank is sort of a tank. She can absorb hits and MD the damage away, and with Return (plus whatever) can pose a respectable offensive threat. By comparisson, Blissey is more of a wall. Absorbing plenty of special attacks, but offering less in the way of attack power.
But enough techno-talk. I'm a little surprised that Miltank didn't fill the same role as Nidoran(f) and Illumise. That is, able to produce both Miltank Eggs and Tauros Eggs. Aack, does that count as more techno-talk?
