Yes I'm being nice, but I'm a nice guy and I can tell your character is still growing. We also signed up for a spar not a death match although Takehitsu is still not taking it easy. Also note you are doing really good. I'm enjoying the match kind of reminds me of things... (reminiscing in memories) oh great now I feel old... crying


Takehitsu is actually not a godmoded character. He is merely maxed within the limitations of his world and body. If you note his fighting style is all physical things, He also capitalizes in overwhelming a person. However his weakness is essentially all abilities of every form. His only "ability's" are the fact that his eyes have a soul link don't look at them. And he is from the future to the point were mankind is enhanced over billions of years, plus his technology gives him an edge. But against a lot of characters who have powers for him to fight them evenly he has to perform at perfection where as they can swirl their fingers and smoke or drink tea and keep him at bay.

My only huge character by design is Garakon who is... well he is huge.

You also haft to think though here just about everyone wants an original character, so they get stuff off of anime sometimes. Heck ill admit it i have done it. I read a bad a** move that incorporated chi and magical abilities that helps enhance physical abilities. But when people see an all physical character like Takehitsu who has maxed out his physical abilities, and then had them enhanced more due to the technology he had available to him. Who uses close range most of the time. It becomes original even if its from the old days because people now a days like to hold others off with a twist of their fingers. Hoping they can be like goku who held off trunks sword with a finger. Sometimes its good to bring back the old fashion of things and have a good hand to hand fight. If you all know what i mean right XD

haven't we all? someone related Kira to Natsu from Fairytail, But fun fact, Kira's Style was before Natsu was created, but eitherway, there is so much stuff nowa day's its very very hard to make an original character, Not that it can't be done, it's just generally VERY hard.

well have a good one. I guess if you want the inspirational aspect I created Takehitsu off of Drizzt Do'Urden. However I wanted katanas and a Japanese samurai frame of mind. Then I didn't want magical stuff cause it was too cliche for me. Then I ended up making him a physical manifestation of my soul and made a trilogy about him and used him all over the place.


Takehitsu is an original, but that doesn't make him any better than someone else's rip characters. I have plenty of them myself lol.

Lol It's not that I'm not letting you go smashy smashy it's that Takehitsu is one that smashy smashy is a suicide move, and you understood that from post one. That in itself is better than I would say 80% of the smashy smashy type I have fought. Your good I just think Takehitsu was a mismatch for you anyway.

I feel like Zenreal's Spell list is under whelming, but i also felt like he wasnt a true mage.
