Looks almost perfect to me, the colours blend so well * q *
The music notes look kinda out of place to me though > u >;;

Newwwwww avatar, hope you all like it. my defaults are green, and these are one of my few eye mods, it was my only real choice unless i wanted to spend all my gold im sorry but im really not understanding your current. it looks like you were trying to use the new EI, but it took me a while to figure that out because its pretty hidden. 6/10

It's more of a fashion avatar than a themed one. There's only two choices with the first evolution, and I didn't really know how to make a theme out of it, so it's just sort of a girl wearing the scarf. It'll probably make more sense once it evolves.

Although the shoes look a little weird with it, try finding shoes that are a darker blue c:
