I'd say take care of it, give it blue Pokeblocks (for simplicity's sake, we'll just say use berries that are blue) and when it has had all 10, it could evolve just like it does in game.
Mind you, finding a Feebas might be a bit harder eek
BTW Max... even with your PHD in awesome, you'll still have to wait for a reply to your phone call.... 'cause you're like several hours ahead now. xd

But wouldn't she want something back too? If there's a Pokemon you want for her in Hoenn, I might be able to catch it one way or another. Hmmm. Maybe even accidentally, so it could be higher-level than what I have. In which case it wouldn't listen to a badge-less M.A. ^^ I don't know if that would work, though.

In my last game, I wanted a Milotic so bad. xP Couldn't find Feebas, though. .
Sorry for taking so long to reply with everything! I'm trying to multi-task, but it's goin' pretty sow. D;
I don't know if I could find a Cyndaquil in Hoenn. O: Anything else, though? Like, maybe another fire-type?
