 Not having enough time to pull away, the blade stabbed through her chest. She fell forward and limp almost immediately, red already staining the blade, dripping down onto the floor. Seconds later she slumped down, unmoving as blood pooled around her.

 'Goosie!' Nalini gasped, horrified at her actions. She tried to move over, to heal the girl before the life drained from her completely.  'Goosie!' Asphyxia shrieked, having looked up just in time to see her friend falling. She hurried over, now more panicked by the idea of Goosie dying, than the DRK users tormenting them all.

 The vicious vampire laughed triumphantly, and tackled Nalini, to prevent her from getting too close. He sparked dangerously with DRK, focusing on sending it all into his mother.

 Bristan's eyes were wide with horror, and shrugging off his mother, he ran straight towards Goosie's body, all dangers ignored. He grabbed her other shoulder gently, turning her face softly towards him."Goosie?!"

There was no sign of movement from the fallen blonde, her body jerking lifelessly from Koth and Bristan's attempts to rouse her. Her head rolled to one side, blood also trickling down the side of her mouth.

The half-dysadin's heart sank as he realised. He could no longer sense a pulse. Frozen with shock, he stared blankly at her face as white as a sheet, and tried to pick her up, only to yelp at the sudden DRK."LEAVE HER ALONE!" Bristan yelled at Koth, his voice hoarse.

Nalini gripped Zack tightly, instigating a huge battle with him in the middle of the Main Level, too distracted in keeping him away from Goosie's body to properly mourn the girl's loss of life. 'Please, God, no...' Asphyxia whispered.

Zack temporarily sealed Nalini away in a DRK dome, which she immediately began struggling against, pounding it with LGHT. He realised that it would not be long before she broke through, however, he approached Asphyxia, thoroughly entertained by everyone's distress.
'Hit me,' he challenged the Akumoni, coming to a halt before her.

"YOU could have saved her! WHY DIDN'T YOU SAVE HER?!" Bristan screamed, tears freely falling down his face, now. The poor boy looked devastated, sinking to his knees and laying Goosie's body on the floor softly. Her blood stained him horribly, but he did not care.

Asphyxia clasped her fists together, and struck Zack in the face, electricity jolting wildly from her. Her vision was blurred almost completely by tears, her pale complexion already turning blotchy.
