Satsuki sat in the dinning room and when the glass of blood was brought to her she quickly downed it. she was thirsty and that qwenched it

"Shhhh!" Cassidy said louder than she meant to. She quickly clamped a hand over her mouth and peeked her head out from behind the tree. She pointed to the man and gasped through her fingers. His hand...it was...naked, striped of the flesh that should sit upon the bone. She shivered she wasn't sure if she liked him or not. Her green eyes narrowed as she watched him, fear coursing through her small frame. "Who is that?" Cassidy whispered regretting speaking the moment she had.

"That is Kave. I don't remember much about him. He hasn't caused any trouble round here so I have had no real need to go near him. He did sire a human girl not that long ago. She is probably sleeping off the effects of the turning." Shadow wispered to Cassidy. He really didn't know anything about Kave other than his name, even then Shadow could not remember if they had met or if he had picked the name up through conversation with others.

Kave let a small chuckle as he dropped the glove on the ground. He placed his hand inside his jacket before he turned on his heel and walked away. He enjoyed the familiars, they were always curious enough to allow him to play. He stopped in the garden, finding a bench surrounded by random flowers.
((It's blue because I am awesome. Honestly though, I dunno. I barely know how to roleplay here stressed lol))

Cassidy relaxed and said, "Ok, Shadow. If you say he's allright, I'll believe you." Cassidy stepped out from behind the tree, and while tugging the corset down again she said, "Let's go meet him." She rolled her eyes at herself and said, "I never should have worn this ridicules thing."

"Yes lets go and meet him." Shadow said as he looked Cassidy up and down. "It looks nice on you even if it is a little... impractical." He said as they walked closer to Kave. Shadow wasn't to sure about the man but he was willing to see what would happen.

((Well, that might be it, I am a familiar here, whatever that means. lol I don't know why because I'm still a noob))
Kave spoke to himself on weak breaths as he examined random flowers. He ran his bare finger down their petals. He groaned from the lack of feeling in his hand. His wounds were progressively taking longer to heal. He became lost in thought staring at his disfigured hand.

Cassidy trailed behind Shadow smiling and blushing at his compliment. She stopped until they were about a foot from him. She peeked out from behind Shadow's shoulders as she watched the man called Krave run his skeletal hand across flower petals. "Those gardenias are sensative you know," Cassidy said. She clamped her hand over her mouth once more regretting speaking. "Sorry," she whispered to Shadow. It had been drilled into her to let the man speak first, and only to speak when spoken to.

"Don't apologies Cassidy. You can speak freely here among us. We are all equals." he said in a calm tone. He never understood why Cassidy was like this. He could only guess that it had something to do with her father.
"You are Kave right? I am not sure if we have met before. I'm Shadow, head of security." he said to Kave with a small bow. "And this charming young lady behind me is Cassidy." he added.

"How might I help you?" He said before turning his head to look over his left shoulder. His eyes were slightly glazed over as he examined them visually for the first time. He nonchalantly placed his hand back inside his jacket, keeping it from view. "Sorry if it seemed I was running, I was just trying to stay out of your way. I didn't know you wished to socialize" he smirked allowing his two modest fangs to poke just below his lip.

Cassidy squeaked as he introduced her and she quickly ducked back behind him. "I have to apologize, it wasn't my place to speak." That was one point that she doubted would ever be drilled out of her due to the way it had been drilled in. When Cassidy heard him adress her she realized the jig was up so she stepped out from behind Shadow ever so slightly. She stood to the side of him, but still slightly behind him. A laughing smile danced across her lips as she said, "I'm not his spouse, I don't think."
She turned to look at Shadow and asked, "What does spouse mean?" she had never heard that word before, there were so many words she had never heard before. She stared at him and said, "Don't worry about staying out of our way, we-I get in a lot of people's ways. Our way isn't important. Shadow's way is important, but not our way, because I'm there. Feel free to interupt anytime!" Cassidy said hoping that had made sense. It made sense to her if that counted for anything.

"I have a great deal of resposibility. Vickilyn also see's me as her... right hand here so things can get difficult. I bring more tourble to this place then any other around. I am souly responsible for just about every attack on this mansion. hell the battle that took place here a few days ago was all because of me." Shadow said, being very honest. He had brought a great deal of trouble to this mansion. His grand parents, the old Red Duke, the silver Princess, Marquis, Lilith and who knows what else will be comming here because of him. "Why thank you. She is a very lovely girl once she warms up to you. Kave do you feel like explaining the word spouse to her. I need a break from being the walking dictionary for once." he said with a laugh.
"Cassidy you have every right to speak here. It is always your place to speak." he said as he turned to her and gave her a warm, loving smile. "Please cassidy, my way is not that important. I gladly take interuptions."

Cassidy stared in confusion as she furrowed her brow. "Won't someone tell me what spouse means?"
She looked to the two men a bit impatient. She heard Shadow and said, "If you say so, Shadow." Her tone was meek.

Kave laughed, her rambling made him melt, she was adorable and unfortunately beaten. He couldn't play coy with her anymore than he could with his own sister. "I apologize, I didn't mean anything by it." he paused "Shadow, do you need any help with security? I would be more than happy to volunteer, afterall I am a resident living for free. I should give something in return."

Cassidy looked to the two of them again her cheeks flushing a dark shade of gray. She took the unanswered question as a sign showing her she was not to speak. That was also how she had perceived the laughter. She backed off a bit to leave them alone, concentrating on her feet, her chin down. "Sorry." she murrmed to them from the distance.
