It seems rather solid. You know you don't have to wait to get your bloodline approved before sending in your profile, right? xP
So long as they're in at the same time, that should be fine.
EDIT: Also, make sure you label any techniques you've used in your example, if you didn't already.
EDIT ll: Don't use the bloodline name as a last name. It just looks awful, and I hope you know that Jiongu translates to "Earth Grudge Fear."

Ugh, people are probably busy with real life.
But good news is that there's an Avatar marathon going on! Whee!
