Hebal sighed feeding Mari a remedy to return her to her normal state. "That totally didn't go well, we need to find away to bring the others around to consciousness again before Alex shows up" she said passing a tiny slip of paper to Satoshi in case Alex was watching or listening in with "Remember the last ingredient" written on.
Seph nodded at Gil feeling around in her bag absently "Yeah thats Alex, he took over Agralia for his own greedy goals not long ago and has a nasty habbit oof appearing and causing problems at the worst time possible. Anyway I don't mind doing the paying just don't tell Itaka what I did." she requested moving away from him so Hayate could get around.
Alpha shook his head at Zadina and placed him on his shoulders as if to give him a piggyback ride "As if Alex would need to, I bet both Felina and Oassu are making their w ay back up as we speak. Anyway got anything you want to do here kid while we sink down to the ground" he asked realising there was nothing to really say or do.

Satoshi glanced brieflty at the paper then pocketed it and closed her eyes now that Alex had disappeared hoping it would help her recover her chakra faster. "Yeah you have to watch out for Alex he is bad news. Also don't worry Seph I won't tell Itaka but I am curious as to why it matters so much" she added with her eyebrow raised while she cuddled Enkidu.
Hayate remained quiet using his cura magic to heal up most of the cuts on Itaka's chest then patted him on the head a couple of times releasing a couple of blue sparks of magic into him. "There he should be ok now and will come round shortly. Oh and you might want to bandage up that deeper but I couldn't heal properly" he told Seph

Gil sighed "At least it's over." he said looking up at the sky through a hole in the roof which was quickly blotted out by Kimino carrying Felina. Gil smiled "Cheer up zadina look, Felina is ok" he told him.
Zadina looked up and squealed happily seeing Felina as alright "YAY! Cousin Felina is alright!" he said looking up at her.
Mari slowly shifted back into time before falling gracelessly to the ground "Owwie, what happened?" she groaned rubbing her head where she landed.
Itaka groaned "Ooooowwww" as he woke up "That bloody hurts" he said rubbing his bleeding stomach "Alex isn't half bad with that saber" he groaned gritting his teeth.

Hebal smiled weakly writing down a piece of paper explaining what had happened in the past few minutes before handing a second bit of paper to Itaka not including the bit about Seph paying the ransom "We managed to come to an agreement with Alex and he's gone to put the city back down" she explained to Mari giving her a hug.
Seph sighed with relief as she noticed Felina's return and Itaka's awakening. She pushed Itaka back down a little so that she could bandage up his remaining injuries "Yeah he beat you up pretty bad but I think you could have taken him on if it weren't for all the haste and slow spells he used" she told him wrapping the bandage around him.
Alpha grinned waving to Felina and Kimino while the descended back towards the group "If Kimino has Felina then I am guessing that Anakuda will be carrying Oassu but all is well apart from with Jenna and Barbaros. Anyone got a phoneix down or something" he asked giving Jenna a good shake.

Felina smiled and waved at the group while Kimino carried her down towards the group "Don't worry guys we are ok. I used float on me and Oassu then Kimino came and gave us a lift" she explained calling down to them but from the current distence she knew that only those with the strongest hearing would have taken it in.
Satoshi grinned and nodded taking her hands off Enkidu's fur and tossed a phoenix down at Alpha deciding it would be best to ask Seph later. "Yeah it's over for now but we are going to face him again at some point, which means I have to train harder starting tomorrow" she muttered.
Hayate sighed shuffling about on the spot "Can't you guys stop looking at the big picture for once. I mean give yourselves a pat on the back or something because you just helped to save a city of elves so try not to be too down about recent events" he encouraged leaving Seph to treat Itaka.

Another Kimino appeared by the door carrying Oassu while the one that carried Felina transformed into Anakuda while Kimino slipped Oassu a small box which he concealed in his bag. Oassu walked in and took a deep breath "Yea we're all ok now" he said happily "But where's Alex I'm gonna kill him for that" he said looking around rapidly."
Kimino frowned pushing Oassu aside to enter "Why is the ground being lowered?" he bit his lip "Jeckhart is still disarming bombs down there" he added nervously.
Jenna snored loudly before waking up "Wha? oh hello Alpha" she said getting up "Where's Alex gone? My swords gotta date with his neck" she yawned sleepily.
Itaka nodded "Yea...that was kinda embaressing getting beaten by a punk like him" he said looking away in shame.
Mari groaned "And Felina and Oassu are alright too?" she said looking about but smiling as she spotted them "Then everything worked out, apart from a severly unconcious Barbaros" she laughed hugging Hebal back.
Gil nodded "I'll need to do some serious training too, I need to figure out a way to beat magical barriers, monsters I've fought have used palings to protect them before but theres always a gap when they let their guard down that I can strike at but this Alex just puts up another one" he said reaching over to stroke Enkidu who started licking Satoshi affectionately. Gil smiled "Still it's all over and we've got a nice party to look forward to" he said happily lieing back.
Zadina scampered up to Oassu "Mr Alex disappeared, he's lowering the island as we speak but we need to give him a copy of your list that Hayate promised him" he explained giving Oassu a hug.

Hebal nodded happily bouncing up and down in the corner of the room "It was my suggestion. I mean it's not like theres too much to lose considering we have a head start plus know there are a few things missing from the list we'll have to work out" she told them still somewhat proud of her idea.
Seph frowned leaning in closer to Itaka to kiss him on the cheek while she finished wrapping the bandages around him "Don't beat yourself up about it, he also took out Barbaros, Jenna, Mari, Oassu and Felina" she pointed out to him to try and make him feel better. "We were all tired from battling too which didn't help" she added.
Alpha nodded reaching over Zadina to give him a whack across the top of the head "In future don't dp stupid things like that, unlike Felina you can't just cast float on yourself" he scolded Oassu "Anyway thanks for picking these guys up you two" he thanked Anakuda and Kimino. You'll have to wait a while longer before you get to attack Alex if we killed him here the whole place would collapse."

Felina frowned realising what Kimino was saying "Maybe you should go back and help him out if your worried about him" she suggested going over to Barbaros and placing her hand on his head causing it to glow an aqua colour "Save the phoenix down for another time and I'll patch him up" she told Alpha.
Satoshi laughed pulling her hand away as Enkidu's licking tickled it "Yeah you and Hayate have a point, we should be happier. I really dislike barriers because theres not a lot I can do to get rid of them that doesn't require a lot of tricks or chakra. Anyway lets get out of here once Barbaros is up"
Hayate smiled waving to Oassu and Felina "Nice to see you two back" he told them before patting Hebal gently on the shoulder "You had a very good idea there Hebal, so keep up the good work. Oh and I might have to join you guys a little bit later for the party. I might get called out to clean up."

Mari sighed "Aww come on Hayate our unit was crucial to this victory you totally need to go to the party Im sure Elorin will give you a big prize!" she said excitedly. "Hopefully we won't cross Alex though, he might decide to go for the items in a different order than us" she said optimistically
Gil laughed "Relax a little, we've won a great victory over evil today, as 500,000 gil isn't actually that much for a kingdom, there have been far worse in history we can go and unwind a little" he chuckled.
Oassu blushed rubbing the bak of his head where Alpha whacked him "Yea...I wasn't thinking clearly" he mumbled going over to Felina to give her lots of hugs and kisses.
Itaka smiled kissing Seph back "I hope you've still got enough energy for the party later" he said happily "Now that we've got a real chance to relax" he said patting the bandages Seph had made.
Zadina giggled "It was a very silly thing of him to do still he only did it cause he loves her" he said happily.
Jenna grimaced at the sight of Oassu and Felina's lovey-doveyness and went outside to tend to Boco.
Kimino nodded to Felina "Thank you Felina, I think you'll be safe now that the battle is over so I'll remove the protection spell" he said waving a hand in front of her before opening a portal through which he and Anakuda left.

Seph laughed putting her arm around Itaka happily "Sure I'll have the energy provided I don't do loads of physical training. Anyway it's you who has just had a blade through your chest so are you suree your up for a long night of celebrations" she smirked glancing over at Jenna "Looks like someone is a little jealous" she whispered.
Hebal nodded grabbing hold of Hayate's arm and pulling him away from the exit "Don't go stay here and party with the rest of us" she insisted in agreement with Mari. "Alex might even start by looking for items we already have but I wonder what sort of parties elves have. Maybe they play twister or musical chairs, thats my favourite" she suggested happily.
Alpha grinned mischevously before giving Oassu another whack but a much lighter one "Try not to do that again, you made Zadina even more upset" he muttered quietly before taking a seat on the floor then took out a small bottle of sake "See you later Kimino" he said waving then taking a sip from his bottle.

Felina smiled at Oassu but tilted her head away from him when he tried to kiss her "Just give me a minute to finish healing up Barbaros then you can try again" she told him happily. About 30 seconds later her hand stopped glowing, she took it off Barbaros's head then stood up to hug Oassu "He should be just fine for now"
Hayate shook his head at Hebal releasing himself from her grip "No no you et me wrong. I'll be there for the party but while you get ready and things I might have to help getting all the people back into the city, finding shelters for those now homeless, move bodies etc. before hand. Plus I would like to see if my house is in one piece" he explained to her and Mari patting her ears.
Satoshi sighed slumping back against the wall "But it smells in here" she sulked wiping a tiny speck of blood from her outfit. "I know 500,000gil isn't a lot of ransom for a kingdom but I feel a little bad that Seph payed for all of it anyway I guess we do deserve to relax for a while and sit around until Alex returns for a copy of that list.

Oassu giggled giving Felina lots of hugs and kisses "I was totally worried about you back then, it scared me" he sighed cuddling her "I forgot about your float power" he said snuggling her.
Itaka glanced at Jenna "Thats not good you know, jealousy is an ugly illness" he said with a shrug "Don't worry about me, I hope your still up for that dance later" he said smiling at her.
Mari giggled "That game is good but I've always been better at drinking games you know?" she laughed hugging her affectionately "We should totally go and find your little girlfriend Shizuka though" she giggled.
Gil smiled "Lets go to the airship then, I'm guessing your all worried about your pets plus it'll give us a chance to wash and rest up before the party...when will this party be anyway?" he said turning to Felina.
Zadina giggled happily "If you like I could cast a nice charming spell on you for the party" he offered to Alpha.

Seph nodded putting her hand on Itaka's chest where he had been injured "I am still up for it if you are but lets go back to the airship for a while. I want to check up on Chobi and get something to eat" she told him shuffling about a little "Jenna will just have to get over it but does that still hurt?" he asked pointing to the cuts.
Hebal laughed hugging Mari back and bringing Hayate into it too "I can't do drinking games because I am not very good with those kinds of drinks, of I like musical bumps too but where will Shizuka be Hayate? I wanna invite her to the party" she asked wiggling her ear slightly.
Alpha shook his head at Zadina trying hard not to think of what kind of effects that sort of spell would have "I think I'll pass on that one, I said earlier elves aren't my type. Besides am I not charming enough as it is?" he chuckled pushing his shoulders back and flexing his muscles.

Satoshi nodded at Gil still fidgeting around "The airship idea sounds good to me. I have to pick up that dress I made a while ago anyway and want to drop off a shuriken or 20. But what about the inn you guys stayed in? Will we have to go back there at some point for your things" she asked.
Felina gasped as Oassu's sudden wave of affection took her buy surprise "What you did was very silly but at the same time sweet" she told him nuzzling into his shoulder. "I am not sure when exactly the party will be but it will be sometime soon" she added to Gil before leaning in to kiss Oassu on the jaw.
Hayate yawned deciding it would be best to join Hebal in the hug "The party will most likely be tonight provided we let everyone go around and do their own thing. I'll go ask Shizuka to come and see you when I go about my business later, I promise" he told Hebal warmly but was still wondering in the back of his mind how the chocobo egg was.

Gil nodded "We'll go to the inn first, if its still standing, and get any stuff we have before we come down with Boco, I expect Hayate knows where the party will be so well meet you at the airship before leave." he scratched his chin "I'll have a shave but really I'll need to have a suit from somewhere" he sighed.
Barbaros started "Ahh I feel refreshed mon" he said brightly pushing himself up off the wall "I dunno what spell Alex used on me but it worked wonders" he laughed. "Speaking of which where is that slimy greaseball?" he asked looking around the room.
Itaka waved a hand dismissively at Seph "It's fine don't worry about me, it'll just be a few scratches before long" he smirked "I'll need to find me a nice outfit to wear tonight as well, going in like this isn't exactly formal attire" he shrugged.
Oassu blushed "It wasn't that silly, you coulda been out of mana for all I know or there could've been an anti magic field down there to stop mages lowering the island" he murmered quietly before giving her a big hug "Still I'm so glad your ok" he sighed with relief.
Zadina giggled "Actually your quite scary as a big bad demon right now Cap'n Alpha" he said noting the fur and horns.
Mari giggled nudging Hebal with her elbow "Lookit you getting a little elven cutie to have some fun with" she sighed contentedly "And to think I set it all up makes me so proud!" she cheered
