When I turn 19... In a few places in Canada it's 18, not here though. Mind you I drink anyway, so it doesn't really matter.

Americans can buy alcohol at 21 but that doesn't stop us from drinking before we turn 21.

Fact: In Massachusetts, it is illegal for minors to buy cigarettes but the law says nothing about smoking them.
