Little Miss Fortune Divine_Malevolence In my only non-magical story, it's a futuristic world. Not obnoxiously advanced, with lasers or anything..... But there has been genetic mutation where a woman won't go through that normally. If children are wanted, a pill is taken to trigger. Mostly for the amusement of having a character read about it and cringe at the thought.
Better be a free pill ninja It's an irrelevant point, actually. Don't much think there'll be anyone taking it within the confines of relevance. And bringing it up made me think a tiny bit. Genetic mutation is costly, and only people of the higher classes would be able to afford it. The main character was born into a poor family. Her friends weren't. I believe I've come up with a random plot point.

People f'cking confuse me.
I both love and hate the fact that the person I care most about I can't read in the slightest.
Sometimes, it's good not to know. Other times, damage control requires predictable reactions.

On the other hand, I wanna meet an enemy that'll be able to draw out m' true disposition. On cue. Going all out against something has to be Exhilarating.
