Tommy reiceived a News Alert on his TADS from his news station set up. "Hmm... Goldenrod, eh?" Tommy waved bye to a few friends before flying off for Goldenrod from where he was, which happened to be Mahogany.
After a bit of flying, Tommy saw the small band of Aquans, and went to dismount next to them in what happened to be the bug catching park.

Me: Bugs, They are so cute! Maybe I'll let my Silcoon get some experience!

"Goldenrod?"
Dark asks looking down at his PokeGear. That was the last place he wanted to be. He hesitantly sends out his dark red Charizard and hops on.
"Tiamat, head to Goldenrod."
The Charizard takes off into the sky. Since they started in Azalea they would arrive in a matter of minutes.

"Goldenrod? What's going on there?" asked Ginji as he hopped on Dragonite and into the sky with everyone else. He was looking quite exhausted and ready for a nap at this point in the day.

Sammy hopped on to Vixen the second she got the message stating where they were, taking off towards Goldenrod. When she arrived, she landed beside the group and heard the pokemon catching thing. She nodded and quickly went off to battle.

Dante nodded to Maddy, then hesitantly entered the park. Almost immediately bug pokemon started to run towards him.
I can do this.... He said to himself.
A Weedle and Kricketot appeared.
A battle was started. Dante sent out Elekid and Duskull.
The Duskull, with great speed, used Shadow Sneak knocking the Weedle backwards. Kricketot let out a fierce Growl, lowering the attack of Duskull and Elekid. Elekid used Thundershock on the Weedle, it fell backwards convulsing. Weedle, using all the energy it had, got up and used Poison Sting, Elekid flintched in pain. Elekid angry with the Weedle, used Quick Attack, and knocked back the Weedle causing it to feint. Duskull used Night Shade on the Kricketot. Kricketot used Bug Bite on Duskull, but it wasn't very effective. Duskull and Elekid turned to each other and nodded. Elekid used Thundershock, and Duskull used Night Shade. The Kricketot was engulfed in darkness then blinded with electricity. After taking this hit, the Kricketot feinted. The battle ended.
"Great job!" Dante yelled to his pokemon.
He called back Elekid when he noticed a Caterpie come out of the bushes.
"We meet again my old nemesis!" Dante said to the Caterpie.
"You think you can handle this Duskull?" He asked, and the Duskull nodded.
Battle

A wild Caterpie appeared.
Duskull was sent into battle.
Duskull used Shadow Sneak. The Caterpie jumped in surprise.
Caterpie used Bug Bite, it wasn't very effective against Duskull!
Duskull: 89%
Caterpie: 65%
Duskull used Night Shade. Darkness engulfed Caterpie, then Duskull came from the darkness and hit the Caterpie causing damage!
Caterpie used Bug Bite once again, and it wasn't very effective.
Duskull: 78%
Caterpie: 45%
Duskull once again used Night Shade. It did normal damage.
Caterpie used Bug Bite once again in a last desperate attempt. It wasn't very effective.
Duskull: 67%
Caterpie: 25%
"Great job!"
Dante threw a pokeball.
The ball moved once,
Twice,
Thrice... Caterpie was captured!
End Battle

Feeling a little odd about just catching a bug, he called out to his team,
"How are you guys doing?!"

Christian said," Let's go Slice and Skully!" A Scyther and Bagon came out and a Caterpie and Weedle approached.
Scyther started with Fury Cutter on Caterpie. It looked close to fainting. Then Bagon used Ember on Weedle. it too looked like Caterpie. Then Caterpie used String Shot on Bagon. Then Weedle used Poison Sting onto Scyther.
Scyther used Fury Cutter on Caterpie. It fainted. Then Bagon used Ember once again on Weedle. It fainted.

Christian returned Scyther and Bagon and took out Spinner, Umbreon. A Pinsir came out.
Umbreon started with Shadow Ball. Pinsir reacted with Vicegrip. It gripped onto Umbreon for awhile and then let go.
Umbreon used Confuse Ray on Pinsir. Pinsir tried to use Vicegrip again but hit himself.
Umbreon used Shadow ball again. Another failed attempt from Pinsir when it tried to use Vicegrip and ended up hitting himself. Christian threw a great ball and ticked twice before capture.

Tommy noticed a threesome of bugs including Pinsir, Venonat, and Kricketot come up to Tommy itching for battle. Tommy sent out three of his own pokemon to have some fun. "C'mon out you three!" Tommy cheered as his Tangela, Rhyhorn, and Hippopotas came out to play. "Hmm... Tangela with Venonat, Hippopotas versing Kricketot, and Rhyhorn against the Pinsir!" And so the battles started up, with one battle against, one neutral, and one in Tommy's favor. "Yee-haw!!"

Sammy sauntered her way up to two stationary Metapod that were trying desperately to attack everything in site. However, they were almost unable to move because of their cocoon state, so it was highly ineffective. She released Blitzen. “This should be pretty easy, no?” she questioned, and he nodded briefly in return. He aimed his attack at one of the Metapods, sending out a jet of flame that singed it and quickly caused it to faint. However, he hadn’t accounted for another pokemon that soon made its appearance; Butterfree. The pokemon flew seemingly out of nowhere and hovered above Blitzen’s head. It let down a glittering bunch of powder upon Blitzen, and he yawned lightly when the very first one hit. Within seconds, he was asleep. “Dammit!” Sammy cursed, looking at her choices of available pokemon. She released Vixen. He unleashed a Wing Attack upon the other Metapod, quickly fainting it so that the only thing she really had to worry about at this point was the Butterfree. This pokemon, however, was smart. It flew above Vixen as quickly as possible and unleashed a smattering of Poison powder which, as it was supposed to, left Vixen in a weakened poisoned state.
“Vixen! Wing Attack!” Sammy cried loudly, not wanting her pokemon to have to suffer with the poison for long. If she could finish the battle, she could get him healed and all would be well. He did as he was told, flapping his wings back and forth and back and forth to create another large gust of wind. It hit the Butterfree, which was almost fainted. And angry. It came forward, unleashing more Sleeping powder upon Vixen. He fell asleep as well, and Sammy reached for an empty pokeball. “Pokeball, go!” she cried, flinging it at the Butterfree. It closed around the pokemon… Wiggle… Shake… Bounce… Ding! Butterfree was caught!
“Yes!” Sammy cheered, returning her two sleeping pokemon before walking over to the newest member of the team. “Your name will be… Vienna,” she decided, pocketing the pokeball.

Dark arrives in the National Park after tailing everyone. He takes out a few bugs with a Flamethrower as he hops off his Pokemon. He then glances around at the scene.
"Wonder what's up?"
He was a bit angry that the National Park was under attack. He loved this place, and was his favorite place to bring girls.

~Sanctus Espiritus... Maddy bravely entered the park. She whipped out a Pokeball and released Kale, her faithful messenger Spearow. "Hey, I know you get lots of exercise delivering messages for me and such, but I think you should get some action sooner or later." A Weedle crawled out of a nearby bush. It jumped at Maddy, anger showing in its beady little eyes. Kale flew up in front of Maddy and batted his wings furiously, sending Weedle flying back into a tree before it could do any damage to his trainer. The tiny worm Pokemon sprayed Kale with a sticky string, restricting his movement and slowing him down, but he rushed forward and pecked the living daylights out of the little guy despite that.
Weedle fainted and then a Butterfree rushed out of the treetops. A dazzling purple powder fell from it's wings and landed on Kale. Kale became poisoned; now his days were numbered. He used a well-aimed Drill Peck, dealing decent damage to his opponent. Butterfree retaliated by flapping Kale away with its wings. The attack combined with the damage from his poison left the Spearow with about half his health left. He used Aerial Ace, striking Butterfree with crazy speed. Butterfree also fell, and Kale landed on the ground, becoming exhausted.
Maddy returned Kale, replacing him with Ismene. The moment the little Bagon burst onto the battlefield, she was immersed in a shining light and evolved into a Shelgon. A Scyther leapt out of the shadows to greet her, and got blasted with a powerful stream of flame. Scyther hacked away at Ismene with it's scythes, dealing a nice bit of damage, but Ismene retaliated with a fire-elemented bite, finishing off the deadly bug. Maddy returned her companion and returned to her teammates. "Well, seems I'm done."... Redeem us from our solemn hour~

Sammy tossed her new pokemon's pokeball up and down, satisfied that she hadn't been rusty on catching a pokemon after all of the time it had been. She looked over and saw Dark. "Hey there! What's up?" she questioned.

"Power Whip, Rock Slide, Fissure!!!" Tommy yelled loudly. Power Whip from his Tangela and Rock Slide from Rhyhorn quickly took out thier opponents, though Tommy was dissapointed by this. Fissure... missed!, with the Venonat hopping out of the way, before firing a Psychic off, which KOed his hippo.
"Wow... that was... wow. Ok, Slakoth, your in!" The Sloth came out to play. After landing a quick Fury Swipes, which hit about three times, the Venonat hit the sloth pokemon with a Psybeam. After a bit of motionless, a Confusion landed onto Slakoth, hurting him a bit. Then, an unexpected Flail caught the gnat by it's head, and then a repeated flailing eventually KOed the poor bug type.
"That was... FUN!!" Tommy recalled his pokemon, pleased with the results.

Sammy shook her head lightly at Dark's question. "Nope. However, I do think it has something to do with a demon..." she hypothesized. She quirked a curious eye brow at him. "You alright?"
