Speaking of Vanguards, I have a old box of 5 metal-models lying around that I got from a friend of mine. Trouble is I have no use of them because, you know, DA´s don´t have Vanguards and I´m not that keen on swapping my current sergeants on my assault squads sooo......
Anyone interested? I could sell and send them for a cheap prize, I just wanna get rid of them. <.<

Oh yeah? I might get them off of you...How much you want for em and what do they have equipment-wise?
Also! I finally get to go back to my Tuesday night 40k which I haven't been able to do for a ******** year. But being able to play for a month straight every weekend was nice...But Now I'll have every Tuesday for three months.

Sweet! cool Like I mentioned, they are the old metal versions of Vanguard models And the gears are what you see on the picture, but I´ll list them just in case;
1x marine with chainsword 1x marine with power-sword 1x marine with plasma-pistol 1x marine with bolt-pistol 1x marine armless
1x power-sword arm 1x chain-sword arm 1x plasma-pistol arm 1x bolt-pistol arm 1x swappable plasma-pistol hand 1x relic-blade arm 1x embty arm for the plasma-pistol OR relic-blade
5x Jump-packs 5x GW bases
As for the prize, I´m open to anything really, I got them for free when I bought my friends old laptop for 30€ and like I mentioned, I just wanna get them off my hands.

Volan d Vol Codex Legion of the Damned? In all likeliness the same as the other supplemental codex books: A lot of fluff, gallery filler, rules for one or two new characters and a set of special themed missions. Normally I'm all for the fluff, as that is what drives the game, but with this particular faction, I feel that they are better served with secrecy and hints at who they were instead of outright saying so.

I´m hoping that it´ll be an actual supplement for the LotD army rather then a fakey-supplement that we´ve been getting so far. If it´s the same as before, then there is no point to it. talk2hand

I'm really big on the Legion, I have a full squad of them and I'm one of the few people I know who ever field them in a Space Marine army. I remember finding a blog this one guy had where he was building a Legion themed Space Marine army, it was really cool, the Dreadnaught he made was spectacular.

DarkElf27 I've never had a very good idea of what they are to begin with, honestly. sweatdrop Well, they are pretty expensive units however, in my opinion anyways, their saving grace and reason why I like to field them, is because all their weapons have ignores cover, and their save is 3+ invulnerable, they are also slow and purposeful so they can fire the heavy weapons and still move, they are fearless and have fear which is pretty much the same, and you can reroll their scatter if you want.
