Usually, when a girl says she's having "ISSUES" that arent THAT serious, but are still ISSUES it's generally related to that one time of the month!
So... Don't ask!
Well, for some endings, you can save near the end to to change some stuff, but you need at least 5 playthrough to see them all... but since I'm not THAT hardcore of a gamer to do everything in one playthrough, it'll take me at least 8... talk about replay value!
