Sadly yes... he might only be able to be manly on Christmas. It's okay- I dun think I'll go... just.. yet... I'm currently drawing A-Tsai all dressed up for winter... he's wrapped himself all up... since it's kinda a bit too cold for him. You're going to find a VERY COLD and hiding under layers and layers of clothing A-Tsai ringing the doorbell to Latvia's house.

You can uh, blame Canada's education system. Usually, school starts the first week of Sept, after Labour day, but they're starting it in the second week. Because Labour day is like, the first monday of September. Which this year is Sept 7th!
PFFT. IS IT SNOWING IN LATVIA? IS IT -30CELSUIS/-22FARENHEIT? IS THERE ICE? There'd bettar be! Or else Canada would find it weird!
