Skotti looked over at koji "I'm willing to take that chance, damned if I will stay here and rot, a more important question is how do we start the fire?" asked skotti.

(( Time warp! ))

The next few days went by calmly, but was starting to make Waffle suspicious, as well as some of the other cellmates. Only a few prisoners were moved around. Some found themselves in the cell with Skotti and the others, while a few were moved to the same cell as Sabe's former inmates. One girl was moved to Waffle's cell, and a few more were scooted to Aly's. It seemed as if the prison was getting more and more crowded, and its prisoners were getting more and more discontent. Strangely enough, no riots broke out yet the security was as tightened as ever. Waffle's key had long been confiscated, so the girls as well as the guys would have to wait until they were finally able to head into the yard. Aside from finally being allowed to talk to their loved ones and possibly exchange information (and drugs like tobacco and cocaine), they would be able to run around in the fresh air after four days of being locked up.

Only one person wasn't going to be out, and he was lying in an infirmary bed, still recovering and still isolated.

Luciano thought about what Koji had said, but he was definitely with Skotti on this one. He said, "Yes, we'll have to take that chance." When Skotti asked when they would make it happen, Luciano had no idea when would be a good time to do so, there were too many riots already, and he noticed Security getting tighter by the hour. .

A few days had past, and Luciano was still working out some of the quirks of the plan with his friends and the inmates in their cell that actually did want to cooperate. Days when some of the inmates would go work up in the Work Shops, some of them would bring back accelerants, or things to help them start fires with. He would smile and tell them, "Thanks!"

Luciano had wondered when they would be going into the Yard. He missed Michelle so much. Speaking of missing, he was wondering how Sabe was. He had been in the infirmary for days, Luciano knew that the splint he made wasn't perfect, but he knew it helped a little. He flashed back to the war; he thought about the things they had to do if they didn't have the things they needed. Prison, in a way, was like war to him. A long war with yourself to stay sane, and to remind yourself that the walls won't hold you for long.

When word got back to their Cell that they would be going outside soon, Luciano looked at the cell full of people, and his friends and he said, "I have a feeling we might not need some of my aspects of my plan afterall."

Aly raised one eyelid and then closed. Then she raised the other eyelid and then closed that one. Finally she forced both open. The ceiling was too close. The days had flown by with security getting tighter, two new cellmate coming in along with another bunk, and her meditation had progressed to the point where she remembered all the security programs she had run into.
Hmph now all I need to do is get close to a computer or get one of the devices. The sarcasm dripped from her thought. She glanced off her bunk, through the bars and out to where the guard stood. The small device dangled from his waist. So far, so far away.
She curled up, the room seemed smaller now and her optimism of getting out was dropping. The glum and cramped feeling of the cell had wormed its way into her chest. No wonder those who get out seem so lost. They've grown a costume to the hopelessness of this place.

Sabe weakly squirmed as the medic injected a strange substance into his body and left him alone again. Over the past few days, he was subject to injections, pills, and other drugs as the medic would perform tests on him and he would sometimes get the feeling that he was the medic's personal lab rat. Sometimes he was a kind but stern man; other times robotic, almost cruel and uncaring. Sabe just wanted to go outside and see actual people for once. Sometimes the sun would shine in his room, but the window was placed high on the wall, where Sabe couldn't see it.

He squirmed around again, and yelped when his broken leg snagged on a tube. One of the drugs he was injected with earlier was a product that came straight from G-Corp, a substance that allegedly sped up the recovery of broken bones. It was working well until Sabe's leg healed abnormally. The medic looked down at him that night and broke his leg intentionally, with the vague hope of correcting it. Sabe couldn't tell if he was smiling or not behind the mask he was wearing. That was a few days ago, and he was drugged with the substance daily, and while it certainly helped his ribcage heal he was left very weak and lethargic.

He sighed and considered asking the medic about going outside for once, not caring at all if he had to be stuck in a wheelchair. He just hoped the medic was in a decent mood next time.

Luciano, and the rest of his cell-mates, were all on their way to the Recreation Yard. He adjusted his glasses, fixed his hair a bit, and then began thinking about how Michelle is going to look. He hadn't seen her in, what like felt to him, centuries. Luciano went to adjust his ring, but then he remembered that the guards took it forever ago. He let out a sigh, and brushed some of the hair out of his face. The more he thought about it, the more it kind of depressed him a little. On the brighter side of it all, he was just glad to finally be able to see Michelle. Throughout their time in Prison, he had hoped she had been recieving the proper treatment.

Meanwhile,

Michelle and the other girls were already outside. Michelle had this little plant with her inside of a little pot, and she took it to a very sunny part of the yard. She dug a small hole for it with her tools, and then gently set the plant inside of the hole. While she was planting it, she was speaking very softly to it. This reminded her of all those times when Luciano would be planting things with her, he would ask her "Who even talks to their plants? Is this a Light Elf thing? Orrrr?" Michelle would simply laugh at him. Remembering this made her all the more excited to see him.

Waffle was happy to be outside and enjoying the fresh air. The large amount of sunlight bugged her at first, but it was still a very refreshing change of scenery. She was able to join a game of tag with a few of the nicer prisoners, and she ran along with them until she noticed a certain few men emerge from the other side of the yard. She stood there and then a massive grin appeared on her face. She quickly turned to Michelle and the others. "They're here! They're here!" she alerted them excitedly. The only thing that stood between the two groups was a giant fence of vertical bars, much like the cell gates. She quit the game of tag and ran to the middle fence, eager to talk to the other group. I see Skotti, Luciano, Koji, a few others.... It took her a while to realize that Sabe was missing. That's odd. Where is he?

Meanwhile, the medic returned once again to see Sabe looking up at him, his eyes almost begging for something. "What now?" he asked sharply, looking down at the elf. He didn't mean to come off as cold as he did, but dealing with Sabe's restlessness and occasional shrill crying didn't do much good for his attitude.

Sabe had been hearing the shouts of joy and the activity outside the infirmary walls before the medic even came in. He grew envious and now that he was given an opportunity, Sabe asked if he was allowed to go outside with the others. The medic raised an eyebrow, and scowled. He had to now choose between saving his job or allowing Sabe to interact with the outside world again. He left the room, and came back about ten minutes later with a wheelchair and some extra things. "Fine. I'm allowing you fifteen minutes a day, and that's absolute. Do me a favor and stop crying in the middle of the night. I can hear you from my board and it's giving me headaches non-stop." If anything was more annoying to him than catheters wiggling loose in the night and having to clean up the aftermath, it was Sabe's loud harsh crying. Many times he cried in his sleep for whatever reason, but sometimes he would consciously cry when he was reminded of something from years past.

Sabe was helped up and into the wheelchair. His working leg almost gave in, but he was able to be placed in with not too much of a problem. He looked up at the medic gratefully as he was being moved to the yard. It was already a relief for him to be out of the infirmary, even if it was for such a short amount of time.

Aly leaned against the wall of the yard. She gripped her elbows, clutching herself. The jailer who had checked her, had done such a complete job. That Aly felt even dirtier then after she had come back from the laundry job.
With a sigh, she noted the environment, the people, and the guards. She smiled slightly, despite his amazing work searching me. He still failed to catch me.The thought drifted to a stop when she noticed the guys come out. She had seen Waffle playing around, while Pen had wondered off somewhere. I'll go over only if called. I think it would look weird if the gang all came together. They would still try to sniff us out , even if their isn't a scent.

Skotti saw the girls and smiled, he almost wished that mandi was in jail too so that he may see her, but he was glad she was out.

Lila walked up to the gate and waved at the gang while lana hung behind and played in the dirt screaming "It's everywhere! look at all this C4!" while giggling with excitement.
"Blinding has been away from her babies a little too long huh?" asked skotti to lila "Yeah, just like that one time that shipment was brought in late, so what have you been up to dar.. I mean skotti?". Skotti smiled "Luciano seems to have a plan, I think it will work, we are just biding our time, just keep it on the DL" he said.

The second Luciano saw Michelle he smiled and he thought, "Damn. . she still maintained herself well. . ." Michelle looked up and she smiled back at him, he was walking up to her and as he made his way to her she thought, "Well, Luci got bulky. . I told him not to eat raw eggs." she finished planting her little flower and walked over to give him a hug. As they hugged, Michelle giggled "This isn't a hug, you're almost squeezing the life out of me." Luciano's cheeks turned a bit pink, and he replied, "I'm sorry- I've been working a lot." Michelle giggled and buried her face into his chest. Luciano looked at his arms, he hadn't noticed any difference in them, "Hm. . And I didn't even lift any weights. .- No wait, it's from lugging unconscience people back to their cells. Nevermind."

Aly rubbed her face in frustration. It didn't make sense, she thought, did I make an error? She glanced over the work she had etched out in the ground. Tapping her drawing stick, against the gravel of the yard.
Click, tick, click, it tapped as her mind worked over the complex formula. The chemicals were right, but maybe it was the energy. Pushed her hair way from her face. As she looked up at the sky. Maybe I should look at not electrical energy, but, She started to nodded her head as she etched in the new energy input. Maybe I should use magical. I would have a lot of reading to do. Not to mention a but of training. Though maybe I could ask one of the magi of the group. Yes...this work!
She privately applauded her own genius in her head. Thinking of the speech she would give at the Gaia scientist awards.

Waffle stifled a laugh as Luciano and Michelle were talking to each other. She looked further behind and saw what looked like a doctor guide an elf in a wheelchair out into the yard. A clueless look made its way onto her face as the doc left and the other guy approached the gate. She didn't recognize Sabe until he was a few meters away from the gate. His skin took on a deathly pallor since she last saw him, and it looked as if his already lean frame thinned to half of what it was.

Sabe had a small smile on his face. Despite the nearly blinding sunlight, he was stoked to see everyone again and sped up the wheelchair's motor. Getting over the gravel wasn't very easy, but he got over there in a surprisingly short amount of time. Waffle still couldn't get over that Sabe was in the state he was in, but she didn't have much else time until one of his gaunt arms slid through the vertical bars and grabbed Waffle's hand.

Pen was sitting on a bench as the group intermingled. Her tired smile and lazy sighs; she was back to her old self. It wasn't just getting the fresh air but seeing the group together. Even if her preferred roommate was seeing nonexistent explosives.

She chuckled to herself as she kept to the bench.

Luciano lovingly nuzzled his love's nose, but when he heard wheels upon gravel he looked up and saw it was Sabe. Taking Michelle's hand, he took her over to see him, and he said softly to Sabe, "Hey, man. . . How are you? Are you feeling alright?"
