Jawesome!
In other news, I finished my Centurions, I lost some of the Assault Launchers but I likely will never have them equipped anyways but otherwise all the chest weapons are done and that was the last thing. One of them is already primed, now I just need to primer the other two.

I don't suppose you've ever painted any Legion of the Damned before have you? I've been starting on mine recently and I'm not quite sure how I really should paint them, so far I've been doing on the bone stuff in the Skull White. The ones I showed here before I did the skull white on the bones and then used the brown wash to make them look really old and nasty.

I've been starting on mine recently and I'm not quite sure how I really should paint them, so far I've been doing on the bone stuff in the Skull White. The ones I showed here before I did the skull white on the bones and then used the brown wash to make them look really old and nasty. Starting white and using a light brown wash of some sort is how I usually do bone, as for the rest, I've never seen or painted Legion of the Damned before. Aren't they also supposed to be wreathed in flame?

I used Agrax Earthshade on my very first Legion, I might do the same thing because I kind of liked the look it gave the bone, made it look really ancient almost.

Bleached bone, as the name implies, is also great for this sort of thing. wink

Volan d Vol They make it so you can assault through terrain without consequences. They also deny any units assaulting the Centurions bonus attacks, unless the Centurions are already locked in combat. surprised

Yeah yeah, that right I forgot about that one. I knew it had another perk for assaulting.
I do have the bleached bone but I just painted everything the Skull White already so I'll probably just wash them with the brown wash I really do like the nasty old look the brown wash gives them.

So I washed them with the Nuln Oil and all the bone and such looks pretty neat. I'm not sure if I want to use the brown wash or not...I might highlight with the bleached bone though...

All my Terminators now have the correct 40mm bases, and my Vanguard squad should be in the mailbox at this very moment :3
