Then, Wallace emerged,....and wait, Wallace had seen Billy naked? How had that happened? Teddy hadn't even seen him naked, but Wallace had? "How am I supposed to feel special when you live your life like this?" [
Teddy sighed, exasperated. "And it's fantastic that you're so comfortable with your sexuality, but I'm not. I'm not ...used to feeling this way, and I don't want to be made fun of for it. And it sucks. And you -- you think I'm just going to burst out of the closet for a dude who has shown no signs that he can commit to anyone and just flirts about with anything with a p***s? Seriously? Of course I am going to go on a date with a girl. I'm comfortable with that. I can't be with anyone won 't commit. I can't just ...be with someone who doesn't care, or is going to flirt with everyone. I want to be with someone who wants to be with me."

William Billy Kaplan Billy's jaw almost hit the floor in shock and his brow deepened in anger at the audacity of the roommate of Teddy's! He pointed a finger at the closed bathroom door and a small thread of lightning surged right at the door handle and the lock welded tight!

Wallace continues to shower, blissfully unaware of the Bitter Betty outside in his dorm room and the ensuing drama. But in the future, oh that mangled door knob will displease him.

"You self-righteous jackass! I only walked into that shower with that sign because I lost a bet with Kate Bishop! What, you think I actually WANTED to get chased across campus, beat up by half the team and hung off of the flag pole!?"
Billy started pacing back and forth in front of Teddy, growing angrier.
"I am so sick and tired of all these rumors going on about me, just because I am comfortable being who I am and not who some jackass thinks I should be!"
Billy stopped and turned to face Teddy, fists clenched and the angry tears forming in his eyes.
"I am NOT the token gay whore of Hero High! I do NOT flirt with every %#&%!ing jock who crosses my path! Have I flirted with anyone? Yes! A lot of boys do so why is it so different for me? Oh it must be because I'm a goddam Tinkerbell so that makes it different! I don't really have any straight male friends because they either get teased or think I'm after their fly!"
He hurriedly wiped his eyes with the back of his hand, feeling ashamed for having lost temporary control of his emotions.
"I did like you Teddy. I was othing BUT serious about liking you, but when you heard all of these rumors about me, you never once took the time to ask me about them or if they were true. You just believed what you wanted to believe and joined in on them without so much as giving me the benefit of the doubt."
He took a deep breath.
"So go ahead Teddy, make fun of me all you want. Think things about me that aren't true if it makes the lie any easier to live with. I may be a lot of things, but at least I know I'd never lead a poor girl on with a lie!"

Teddy muttered, "And none of that explains the childish behavior. When things don't go your way, you over react and do some immature stunt. It grates my nerves. You need to knock that s**t out." Teddy had to turn away for a moment, because tears were a major weakness of his. The fact that he was making Billy cry right now was tearing him up inside, and he didn't want to have to sit there and look at it too. "And I didn't make fun of you, and I didn't intend to. I've always felt a certain way about you, and that'll probably remain, but ...whatever."

Emerging from the shower, he heads over to the mini fridge for ice. Pulling his martini shaker and a glass from his nightstand, he begins to casually mix himself a drink, glancing over at the two arguing in the center of the room. Oh, Billy was crying. Hm. Looking over at the bathroom door, he noticed that the doorknob was now a hunk of messed up metal. "What happened to the doorknob?"

Billy glanced at Wallace and frowned.
"I friend it. Sorry."
He looked back at Teddy and sighed.
"What do I have to do to convince you I really like you Teddy, and wouldn't do anything to hurt you? Cast a truth spell?"

Wallace smoothed a spot on Teddy's bed and sat on it, casually sipping his martini while watching the little soap opera before him.

Billy frowned.
"Gee thanks for the vote of confidence Teddy, but if that's true then there's no chance of screwing this one up!"
Billy paused and scratched his chin, thinking to himself, then he snapped his fingers and smiled. He spread his arms out at his sides and his eyes started glowing with bright blue energy. his feet left the floor as he started to levitate...
"From strike of twelve, count twenty four! That's how long my spell is for! Now all the students of Hero High, will be unable to tell a lie!"
A rippling shockwave of sorcery lashes out across the entire campus and beyond, affecting every student who attended the school but without their knowledge...
Billy slowly lowered back to the floor and looked around.
"Did it work?"
