I'll just say that the type of workout weighs heavily in determining how your body will respond to it. A personal trainer could probably go into more detail about it though.
I'm just a runner. It's my job to be thin.

You do wind up getting slim first. Just that the 'muscleman' look comes from doing it for months at a time.

For the most part I did. My Dad has always thought I was anorexic though, so when he would say negative things about how thin I am it would really upset me. I also hate to hear people say I look like I'll break, but other than that I don't really care what anyone else thinks. I just personally wish I could gain some weight and keep it. I'm not obsessed with it.

Hm. You could try certain diets. I dunno of any, because I've never been on a bulk or weight gaining diet, and if you're not careful, you could gain too much.
In other words: Find out from someone who knows. Dietician or something.

No apologies necessary ^.^ And I generally either pout or just hit who ever says they think I'll break. twisted I most certainly am not going to break. If I was I'd have done it already.
Oooooh... I like hot dogs. And I could totally be major competition in an eating contest. Not a speed one though. I can consume very large amounts of food, just not in 2 minutes.
