 XXXXXXXX Harper flew around the field, her eyes intently focused on her surroundings as she tried to push her nerves away. She wasn't expect to play at all this year, let alone so soon but here she was and she wasn't going to let the fear stop her. She could this. Right now she was playing defense and would wait to hit bludgers away from her team mates. Beater

Sure it was a first year but he was so sure he was better than her merely because she was cheerful or whatever. No, that wouldn't do at all. Badgers could be tough. Besides, she came from a family of snakes (minus her brother and everyone thought he should be a snake though she couldn't see it at this point), she could run with snakes too if she needed to.

He was pretty sure this girl was the perfect example of the most obnoxious Hufflepuff ever. Could Dmitri or Mira just whack her with a bludger already?

☭  Dmitri noticed one of the chasers racing up on their goal posts to take a shot. Who knew if he'd make it in time, but he was still going to try and deter her from actually aiming. He raced after a bludger, lined up his shot to take down Cathy, and swung. ☭☭☭
