After spending what seemed like forever locked up in his room sulking about Quinn, Mikey finally ended up fed up with how stupid he was being and decided he needed to just get over it and start living life again. Thinking that it might be nice to get some fresh air, he decided to take a walk through the woods. He walked quietly down the path, not really paying much attention to anything but the ground in front of him as he walked along. After he'd made it quite a ways down the path he looked ahead a bit and noticed something strange, he saw someone lying on the ground, partially covered by a bush. He moved foward cautiously until he could see that it was Jakkin. Concerned for his friend, he dropped to his knees beside him "Jak... are you alright...?" he said as he pushed the branches of the bush away.
((I think that is like my longest rp post ever.... well, for one character..))

the Lolli is In! Plopping down on the ground, the night elf picked up her discarded dagger and started cleaning it. "It's best we stop anyway, we weren't getting anywhere." Smiling apologetically at both of them, her ears twitched. "Besides, it sounds like we may possibly have company..." With Drake grumbling off to the side, he didn't seem to care too much whether other people were around or not. But Ray had sensed someone and more coming into the forest. "I feel some different energies. Don't think they could be aggressive, do you?," she asked R'larin without looking at her. Meir, now coming out of hiding, tilted his head and looked around the area. Being connected with Ray gave him a lot of the same ablities.

Cassandra Foxx Jak stumbled through the woods, the effect of the alcohol he had consumed very much in evidence. Tripping over a tree root, he lay on the ground winded, curling up under a bush before passing out. ((And now, to finally show case the only lately-decided supernaural talent of Suru.))
Suru had been whisked off with Diviana some time before, but somehow, there he sat in the wods, still, staring blankly. His hand had been fixed, but it still looked very bad indeed, the blood still wet and fresh on the skin, and the two middle fingers still hanging limply against his palm. Tears still streaked his face, and he looked around, not really seeing or hearin what was going on around him.
Only when something crashed nearby him, did he blink and enough conciousness come back to see Jak curled under the foliage near him, not an arm's bredth away. Pain shot through his chest, and he reached out to touch him, pitifully, but his hand just swept through his cheek, leaving no trace of touch but an ice cold breeze against Jak's skin.
He stared in horror at his hand and let out a soft, high-pitched whine. It had happened before, in times of high-stress, but never recently. His mind had split down the middle from pain and mental anxiety, and now he was, quite literally, of two minds, but only one real physical body. He laughed, sharply, hysterically, flashes of what was going on in the room with Diviana puncturing everything, and he laid his head on his knees, and cried even more.

Sunray Tristram With Drake grumbling off to the side, he didn't seem to care too much whether other people were around or not. Lifting her bow off of her shoulder she looked in the direction of the most recent crashes, and smiled sardonically at Ray. "It's best to be on the safe side, no?" Nimbly getting to her feet, she padded quietly to the edge of the grove and looked about through the trees; there was no one nearby, but they were close. Looking over her shoulder at the obviously still grumpy Drake and then at Ray, she shrugged and moved back to where she had been. "I don't think it's any of our concern, unless whoever it is decides it should be."((and that's all i'm putting down for the day, i'll reply to other people and things tomorrow or monday.))

Of course, Drake wasn't too interested anyway but Ray was. It had been a while since she'd found someone with odd powers of sorts. "I suppose you're right. This forest is big enough so I don't think we'll be found."

Jak shivered, feeling a cold chill on his face. Opening bleary eyes, his glasses knocked askew, he groaned as his alcohol-soaked brain registered the familiar figure hunched beside him. He struggled to sit up, one hand pressed to his forehead. "M-mike?"

"Yeah.. it's me..." Mikey said with a nod as he moved to help Jakkin sit up. "you alright...?" he asked, knowing it was a rather stupid question since he definantly didn't look like he was alright, but he didn't really know what else to say.

Straightening his glasses, Jak struggled to controll his expression before drawing his hand down to his cheek, still feeling a strange chill on his skin. "Cou'nn...cou'nn be be'err 'ol pal.." his speech slurred as he gave his friend a weak grin. "Havenn sheen you 'roun mush lae'ly."

"I've been busy sulking around 'cause things are pretty much over between me and Quinn.... but anyway.. I'm over that now, and it seems like you've got problems much worse than mine right now, whether you'll admit to it or not..." Mikey looked over to his friend, concerned for him and hoping that he could do something to help.

"I'm so sorry.... I thought things were going well between the three of you..." Mikey rubbed Jak's back gently in an effort to comfort him. With his free hand he reached into his pocket and pulled out a handkerchief, offering it to Jakkin.

"I tho' sho too....m'poor Shuru...." Raising his hand to accept the hankie, Jak instead wrapped his hand around the hand holding it. He looked to the others' face, squinting a little in useless attempt to clear his vision. "Pretty Mikey..." he murmured softly, his other hand reaching up to brush his cheek.

Mikey couldn't help but smile slightly at Jakkin's words, it'd been so long since he'd recieved any affection from anyone... but Jak was drunk, he didn't really know what he was doing. He reached up and took hold of the hand that brushed his cheek as he said "Maybe you should come back to my place, until you sober up... I'd feel awful if anything happened to you..."

Jak leaned closer in attempt to ward off the chilled feeling that lingered despite the warm night. His lips brushed a cheek, nuzzling softly, hovering near his ear. "Tha sounss nicccceee....dun wannn be 'lone..."
