Hedoro felt a wave of irritation pass through her, as Komen seemingly melted into the air itself to avoid her watery attack. Irritation, tinged with a faint, very faint, hint of respect. It seemed the Hyuuga had come to learn the value of shedding a mortal body. If she could use her own unique abilities, she could have shown him how it was done, but since she still felt they were blocked somehow, she would simply have to improvise. She knew if she were the one turning into a gas, she'd likely try to invade and infect the opponent's body. So that's what she prepared for. She abandoned her watery attack, letting the inert water fall to the floor with a splash. At the same time she activated Great Breakthrough, sending out a shockwave in all directions, to blow back the mist she had created. Hopefully, it would also blow Komen back, buy her the moment needed to activate her second technique, Aquatic Defense. The water she'd discarded surged up again, this time clearing and forming a solid dome around her. (+181)

Komens chakra particles were pushed backwards but began to focus and reform. Komen gathered himself in his chakra breakdown form, armor of the mists, about 10 meters away from Hedoro as she seemed to be some what peeved, "Like my new technique?" Komen said with a smirk as he was doing his own set of hand seals, the chakra that was released was still gathering around him as he did not want to fully come back just yet. He was going to use the technique he had learned not even before this day after seeing that she had engaged a water based defense. He knew he had the techniques in his arsenal that could dismantle the technique bit by bit, or simply phase through it by his armor of the mists technique. "Elemental Disable." Komen said as he engaged yet another field effect, disabling the use of any elemental techniques. Komen held a hand at Hedoro as chakra was gathering into his hand, "Eight Trigrams, Divine hand." He said as he started to fire a super concentrated blast of chakra at her. It was an pure beam of light that would devestate anything in it's paths. One of Komens more devestating techniques.

Hedoro felt an odd wave of energy pass over her, but it didn't seem to do anything directly, so she decided to worry about it later. Instead, she was more worried by what Komen was doing. There was a high concentration of chakra building in front of her, enough that it was obviously a threat. Thinking back to her previous fights, a build-up of chakra this extreme seemed to indicate an explosion of some kind. But considering the source was a short distance away from her, it would likely be a projected explosion, perhaps a shockwave like the Great Breakthrough she had used earlier. Just on a much larger scale. She decided that it'd be better to avoid the technique than try to deflect it, so she quickly activated a simple Substitution even while it was headed for her. It had been close, there was a singed ring of rags where the blast had barely reached her. Her Aquatic Defense still stood, but it was on it's last proverbial legs, a pair of large holes blasted clear through it, one on either side. It's consistency wavered, and finally it collapsed into a pool of water. At the same time, a sound began to fill the air, as a symbol spread out under Hedoro's feet. The sound seemed musical, but an immediate source could not be found, unless Komen were to use his Byakugan to see through Hedoro, to see the flute she was playing behind her back. A second later, in a large puff of smoke, three large figures stood in front of her. They were all very muscular, and covered to a greater or lesser degree by bandages. One held an enormous club. All three appeared to be blind. They stood there silently, unmoving. (+296)

Komen had weaved his entrapments rather well thus far as he had basically made it very difficult for her to pull off moves with ease. Though he too was affected by this since he couldn't perform some of his more devestating combinations but that also meant that the slime character Hedoro couldn't perform any of her more devestating combos. This match could most likely be a long drawn out battle. Komen was in his spectral chakra particle form as she had performed a strange technique. Komen saw these three giants appeared as he was curious as to what these giants could do. Komen was pondering on summoning his own summoned beast to contest with this one but decided against it. Komen launched himself straight for Hedoro as he fell apart. Losing his arms, parts of his legs and parts of his face. As his face was dispersing, Komen smiled a big smile. Komen seemed to have disappeared from her sight. The area was still in the effects of his techniques as the ground was beginning to be covered by a light fog.

(Um, that wasn't a Genjutsu, it was a Summon. She summoned Doki.)

The music continued to fill the air, as Hedoro continued to play her flute. As she did, the three giants finally went into action, in a sense. They opened their mouths. A moment later, long serpentine phantasmal somethings emerged from their gullets. They looked like nothing so much as enormous snakes, just with only a mouth, and no head. The three forms lashed out, their mouths opened wide, and began snapping at the fog and mist, devouring the chakra-infused form of Komen with relish. With him spread out so insubstantially, a single bite wouldn't take much from him, but neither could he avoid the continual gorging. For the most part, the snakes payed close attention to the chakra-infused fog that was relatively closer to Hedoro. At the same time, she began doing something that would seem difficult to anyone else. She began playing a second melody, not with the flute, but only with her own substance. Although the biology was wrong, it would still basically count as singing. As she sang, a dome-like barrier spread out, enveloping her, keeping the fog at bay. This was the Ward Melody, another sound based technique, much like how she was instructing the Doki. (+205)

Komens technique started to travel into the bodies of the summoned beasts. Though they were summoned beasts, they were still beings that were brimming with Chakra. Just as they were eating his chakra, he was going to repay the favor. His chakra was stealing theirs since he couldn't get to Hedoro, since she was staying behind her ward song. Komens particles were being pushed off by the song technique. A sound of irritation was heard from Komens lips as he wanted to end this battle. Her stubborn streak was something that he wanted to break. Komen feasted on the chakra of the summoned giants, destroying parts of their essences, making it difficult for them to bolster their techniques to what they were supposed to be if they were at full strength while he absorbs at a rate of twenty six thousand essences. Komen wondered if She was going to continue to hide behind her veil of sound as his fog was locked on around her, making it seem if she had dropped the technique, the fog would engulf her.

(The Doki have only 3000 chakra? That's just weird. Are all summons that pitifully weak? I thought the 3000 chakra was just to summon them, just like using a Flying Thunder God, and they had their own chakra.)

Hedoro began to grow bored of the battle, neither side seemed willing to risk themselves in one final, glorious assault. This battle could stretch on for a very long time, unlike her patience. She dismissed her summon, and left the field of battle, sure there would be other enemies more willing to fight her. She didn't know if she wanted to leave the village just yet, but at the very least, she was done with it for the moment. Unless someone else came along to attract her attention, of course. (+89)

Komen solidified himself as he saw that she was beginning to grow bored of Komen. Komen sighed a bit as he knew how to outlast his opponents. But that was the best he could really do with his abilities thus far. He wished he would be able to do more than this, but he just didn't have the right amount of combinations to do so, "Hmm, Guess this is a tie than?" Komen asked with his arms crossed as his fields were still in place. Komen didn't want to get caught up in some sneak attack because she saw an opening against him. Komen watched her as he was wondering if she was some what irritated that he was one that wouldn't die easily.

Hedoro left the dojo without looking back, wanting nothing more to do with the fight, or with this place. At that same moment, snow began to fall. She silently grumbled at that a bit, as if she wasn't already becoming annoyed by enough other things already? She stalked off into the night, headed for parts unknown. (+56) (Wait, are you still around? You posted in the Leave of Absence thread and never replied to my PM, so I figured you wouldn't be showing up for quite some time yet.)

((I am still around ^_^ I just posted that I won't be on as long as I used to be since I have school and such ^_^))
Komen was curious as to why she just walked away. But it really didn't matter since he had survived and had other things he needed to do. As he walked out side of the dojo. Komen noticed that the land was beginning to be filled with snow. Snow was faling from the heavens, yet it was cold or anything. Komen was curious as to how this was at all possible. Komen knew that there was something up and decided to head back home to see fi there was something he could do to try and figure out what is going on with this situation.

Kikyo sat next to Kanshin and sighed in annoyance. "My god girl, shut the hell up about your sensei and your boyfriend. Neither are here, so quit whining. I looked and found nothing. Blame not me."Kanshin looked over to Kikyo, shocked but still smiling despite the moping she had been doing. "Eh?! Oh, sorry Miss Kikyo-senpai. I'll be quiet."Kikyo sighed and layed on the roof, closing her eyes as her demonic horns glinted in the light. "Good, good. Now keep your mouth shut or senpai will hold you up in the air by your ankles again."A slight paniced look came across Kanshin's face. "Y-yes ma'am senpai!" She turned and looked straight ahead and bit her lip, still smiling like always despite how scared she felt when ever she was alone with this new girl who was dragging her around. 142
