Ryari nodded at the greeting from the blue Modifox, wondering where he hailed from. She felt it would be rude to ask, so she kept her mouth shut.

Rae raised an eyebrow at Ryari, sneering. "You're the one that always starts the fights, ye of no sense of humor." She looked away from Ryari in annoyance and smiled again at Masao. "So, how long have you and Loki been friends?"
Loki cringed inwardly; Rae was the perfect example of why females we're dangerous. They were bloody time bombs waiting to go off.

"Since we were kits, though that certainly doesn't seem long at all since we both grew rather quickly," Masao said with a nod of his head, ignoring the banter that went between Rae and Ryari for now. It was probably better not to get in the middle of it.

"I am. It's nice here," Masao said in return. "I'm glad Loki brought me here to show me around. I didn't think I'd like it that much since it's colder here then what I'm use to."

Rae laughed. "Really? I always thought I would hate the heat. I didn't though..." Rae trailed off in her own thoughts for a moment. "Oh! I'm sorry. I tend to do that sometimes. I hope you'll stay awhile, Masao. Once you acclimate to the cold, you'll find it's even more amazing out here."

"It's alright," Masao said in relation to Rae spacing out a little. "I think once I get use to the cold I'll probably like this place even better. I plan on getting use to it quite well," he said, grinning a little bit at Loki. He'd have to get the other fox back, which meant being use to the cold of being covered in the snow.

Loki scowled at that last remark. "I haven't forgotten, you know," he said grinning.
Rae looked at Loki, then Masao, then back at Loki. "Okay then..."

Masao chuckled at this. "That's why it hasn't happened yet," he said to Loki before looking back to Rae. "Sorry...that probably made no sense to you."

Rae blinked. "Not really, know..."
Loki laughed at the confused look on Rae's face. "He's bitter becuase I managed to pull a very sly trick on him earlier; he's trying to plot his revenge."

"Oh, I will get revenge," Masao said playfully to Loki. "It's going to be sweet too." Masao's tail swished back and forth for a moment before looking back to Rae. "I don't think he believes I'll do it...but I will."

Masao looked at Loki skeptically. "You doubt so much. You'll feel pretty stupid when it happens," he said to the other fox. He looked at Rae a bit playfully. "His confidence will be his downfall."
