Sukaru nodded slightly. "well, I'm of the Moonikano bloodline in the Hidden moon village. We have some unique abilities, at a certain rank we can even use a jutsu that doesn't even use chakra, it uses the power of the moon. The moon's chakra I guess you could say. Anyways, due to our abilities such as being able to learn jutsu's more quickly than most people, we were born with emence chakra, though at birth, as young kids we are givin this seal." Sukaru shows a seal on his neck. "It helps control our chakra flow, pretty much compresses it, so we don't have as much chakra that we're supposed to."
