OMG INSPIRATION FLASH!
A small ball filled with strobe lights that cross the surface like a siren also contains a mini speaker to play music on it. Simple UNTIL!
You buy a ceiling fan and attach multiple Funk balls on string to the rotor blades. Then it spins and you get a great lighting effect complete with music!
