Kristen looked between Durithill and Fayt. "Well, I guess I've been a big enough of a nuisance to you. It was nice meeting you two." Kristen said, she gave a small nod to Durithill and Fayt, turning around and started walking off feeling that they didn't really want her there.

Worry? She immideiatly turned to stare at him with a nervous expression. Just by that simple word it racked her nerves... What did he mean by worry? Right then and there she wanted to be alone... just to ask him that simple question... for him to explain. She may have been over-reacting, but it still bothered her...

"Be careful. Your family is not exactly the most liked." Durithill warned as Kristen walked off.

Kristen turned back to face Durithill, she nodded her head, "Thank you. But I've known that for a long time." Kristen said.

Once Durithill was sure Kristen was out of earshot he turned to face Raine. "Now Raine, don't worry. If I tell you, will you promise to let it be? There's nothing you can do about it anyway." he said to her in a comforting voice.

With a nod of farewell to Kristen, Raine spoke aloud: "I'll see you around." She promised, lifting her one hand to gently stroke Foxfire's head. She whispered a few words to the tiny animal to follow her and make sure she was alright.. Kristen was a nice woman, seeming rejected by most inhaibants of the realm they were in. Shiero's pet obeyed and jumped off her shoulder, stalking after the woman walking away.
[Edit:] Turning to face him, she gave a quick nod, eagar to know what sat on his tounge, waiting to be spilled. "Alright..." She swore, feeling a gentle kick that made her heart race a little faster, suddenly not wanting to know the information that he held..

"You remember of course when I used my family's power and transformed us into angels?" he said, knowing of course that she'd remember it like it was yesterday rather than 40,000 years ago. "Well angelic magic and demonic magic don't exactly agree with each other. Each of my halfs is regecting the other, fighting inside my body. In other words, I'm slowly dying because of what I've become."

Kristen saw Foxfire trailing after her. She laughed and quickly murmured words of thanks. Scooping up Foxfire into her arms, she started scratching his head. "So, you were ordered to follow after me, weren't you?" Kristen asked, talking to the animal. She looked back up at where she was going.

[Sorry! I was summoned downstairss!!
P.S I see how it. is, abandon me when I have homework! D< XDDD]
Raine short, shallow gasp, her brows instantly knitting into a concerned expression. "But--" She began to speak, holding her tounge. Her eyes travelled from him, to the solid ground, their surroundings and back again. "How does that make you any different from me?" She stated. How come he was.... dying and she wasn't? Her quivering hands immediately found his for some sort of support.. he.. couldn't be.... no... "...not again... I don't want to lose you again..."
The small fox purred and nuzzled her face against her bicept. The soft, dark fur of the animal was soft and warm. Firefox didn't usually take a likeing to any.. normal people.. but Durithill and this.. Kristen woman were different...

"Raine, if I remember correctly you said you weren't even part demon at first, but you were forced to become one. I believe that is why you're fine, you're body recongnizes the angelic part of you and accepts it." he said softly, holding her hands tight. "Like I said, don't worry about me. I'm trying to figure this out as I go, and worrying about me will only cause undue stress onto yourself. Remember, you promised me. Stay strong, Raine. I promise this will not be the death of me."
((I was trying to do my homework all night, lol.))

"But--" She wimpered, giving his hands a gentle squeeze before letting out another sigh. How he did that.. made her promise against something he knew she would freak out about or try to help him with. He could help her but she couldn't help him? It made no sense to her, it just didn't.. add up. She gave a gentle grunt, lowering her head. Of course it had to be something big.. It was for the best anyway, she would have only gotten in the way.

"Don't worry, I'm doing reseach on it." he said, then he smiled. "Besides, I don't think Durimiros would let me die before he could get his hands on me."

[I'm gunna make a post, but I'm heading over to a friend's house for a bit to play DDR. :3]
The final comment... didn't help. She felt her internal core begin to heat up through nervousness as she thought about what he had said. Even with the support he was trying to give her... she felt her heart stop, meking it hard to breathe. "..." Raine hadn't said a word, she was dead silent. Removing her hands from his, she immediately pulled herself towards him and curled her arms around Durithill's abdomen tightly, buring her face into his chest. "I swear.." She whispered into his chest. "Even if it kills me, I will not let you die.." Yes, he had specificly asked for her not to get involved... but she had to...

He pulled her into a tight enbrace as well and rested his head on her shoulder. "And that's what I'm worried about." Durithill said quietly, his tone and face returning to a serious demeanor. "Raine, I do not want you to throw your life away to save mine, even if you will be reborn. That's part of the reason I didn't tell you before."
((Alright, see you later then.))
