Doku appeared inside the Arena, looking down at the boy. "Are you ready?"

Shijo held the elastic in his hand when he saw the man. "Morning." He greeted. "How'd you know I would be here?"

Shijo latched the elastic to the wall. "I guess you've done your homework." He said. "Shall we start now?"

Shijo grabbed the loos end. "Each band adds 30 pounds of resistance." He said, starting to throw punches. "This is 120 pouds of resistance."

Smirking, he turned around. "Verywell. We will start out gaging how much your body will take." He summoned a training dummy, the ones Gai fought against. "Destroy it."

Shijo dropped the elastic and ran at the dummy. He then hopped on his feet, preparing for his 5-40 kick to the dummy's neck, ~Konoha Go Shijuu~

The dummy blocked quickly, the pads making contact with his leg. The dummy then swung at him with force.

Shijo blocked with both forearms, this swung hw bottum leg up and wrapped around the dummy's limb. Using his Jiu-jitsu, he arched his back and arm barred the dummy.

The dummy splintered whe he had hit it, the sound of hissing could be hear, sort of like the sounf of a fuse burning up.

Shijo snapped the dummy's limb in half, at teh joint. He then heard the burning, he realized it was an exploding tag, and kicked the dummy, trying to launch himself away.

The dummy grabbed his leg with it's other limbs, but all the tag did was go out. "Tsk tsk tsk." Doku said as he walked over to the dummy and pushed it to the ground making it drop Shijo. "Your reaction time is atrocious."
