The man looked at the weapon and picked it up, gripping the blade and examining every inch of the weapon.
Not a bad weapon, but its inferior to just about everything we've got here. Looks like you picked it up durring a sale at a pawn shop or something. It isn't even made out of Dragonsteel, however, it is a well made weapon, even WITH its drawbacks...
He set the blade in the way one might set down a priceless and fragile antique. It was clear the weaponsmith took care of his wares.
You see... A broadsword is a two-handed weapon for the most part, young man. THIS is a one-handed weapon. I don't think you'd adjust well to something like that very quickly. Are you sure you want a broadsword?
It was also clear this man wanted to make sure his customers were pleased with their purchases.

Oh look at the edges of these blades! They're absolutely beautiful! And the shine from this one...so exquisite!!
Unfortunately for Dame, Ryugi didn't hear him as he was so enthraled with the weapons around him. However, the shopkeeper came to his aid.
Well... MOST broadswords we have here would be a little big for you...but if you really have your mind set on one, perhaps I can find one for you. What exactly are you looking for in it? Anything in particular?

Well... I have several. But you seem like you use magical abilities enough. I can read it off of your power and aura... I have a sword here thats looking for a home. It has a special ability where, when charged with lightning, it forms an energy version of itself, but larger, for a powerful electric hit.
I like to call it Zap Charge, but you can call it whatever you like. It can also absorb electrical energy that is shot towards it. And, it just so happens that its a one-handed broadsword. When I made it it just seemed to have an affinity for the lightning element, so I called it the Thunder Blade. But it isn't cheap... Its about 35,000 gold pieces.
So, does it sound like something you might like?
The man asked Dame while moving off to the back of the room to get the weapon. Ryugi, meanwhile, was busy examining a set of matched Gladius-style blades.

Silver finally awoke, walking down the stairs somewhat groggily. He was hungry, and didn't feel like causing Vargus any trouble to make him something. Besides, it was just rude to assume someone would cook for them. It was also rude to blatantly lie to someone.
He would take a quick look around for Madison to see if she wanted to get something to eat. If she for some reason went off, he would go and get food on his own.

Oh I love little swords because they are so nice! Oh I love little swords because they're just the right price!
It seemed his mentor was busy singing to himself whilst examining a rack of shortswords. It seems Dame was on his own for now.

Damrius looked at the shop owner, shook his head, and sighed. He looked at the floor, and walked towards Ryugi. He coughed twice, and then stood directly next to him. Ahem...RYUGI! Damrius had half yelled, half caught himself. So it came out as his voice cracking for Ryugi's attention.

Ryugi jumped and hit his head on the shelf, causing several of the small weapons to rain down around him, stabbing neatly into the floor near his body.
DON'T DO THAT!!!
Nowm what is it you want?
He rubbed his head as he waited for his student to answer him.

He held the sword on his shoulder, and walked into the sunlight.
